In war soldiers die and new ones must be recruited eventually forcing them to pull recruits from nearby village’s. Worse than that they performed a hero summoning. There was a lot of suffering involved in the downfall of Aries and Johannes.”
“What you’re saying is correct but that’s not what I was trying to say. I killed them purely because of the grudge I held against them. Surely by now you understand the circumstances of that grudge.”

I still feel as though there is a giant hole in my chest. Although I don’t know the reason behind this feeling I chose to believe them when they told me I wasn’t evil.

《Transfer network》was the only thing that appeared interesting so I chose it. This magic is used to lay down a magic circle in a specific area. Inside of the magic circle the chant for teleportation is not needed. Since there is no need to actually chant the magic you can teleport around quietly and quickly. This was probably why Aries was feared.
I acquired the skills and magic of around 63 people in this raid. Although the amount of loot actually amounted to more than that. In other words, while I killed more than 63 people many of them were low level and some had the same skills or magic.

I can’t use most of the magic, the skills are fine but I’d have to use mischief inversion on the magic. Is it even worth it though?

When we got outside the sun had already risen and while I hadn’t noticed it before, the top of the staircase provided an amazing view of the castle town.
“What are you guys going to do now?”
“Hmmmm. Well, I was thinking about getting breakfast in Mira. You wanna come Nito?”
“Can I?”
“Of course. You’re our temporary comrade, there’s no reason you shouldn’t come along.”
Apparently according to Sieg I had already signed on. We made our way down and back to the main gate but when we got there I had a thought.
“Alright, we can teleport to Mira from here.”
“Wait a moment please.”
“What is it?” Alford asked.
“Theres something I haven’t done yet.”
“Master, if we are going to do it, nows the time. You shouldn’t hesitate.”
Bell seemed to understand what I wanted to do.
“What are you going to do?”
Sieg cast a suspicious look towards Bell as he asked.
“I’m going to bring the castle down.”
“I told Aries I was going to destroy this country, but I don’t really want to kill all the civilians. So I thought, I could accomplish this by just destroying the castle.”
“Destroying the castle?”
“Castle represents the king and is a symbol of status and power for the country. But if I was to destroy it…”
“You’re right. And someone else may try to summon heroes as well so it’s important to show them what happens if they do. Something words can’t accomplish…. Alright Nito, if you can, bring it down.”
Sieg didn’t seem to reject the idea.

“I understand what Master wants. Should I just wipe out everything inside the gate?”

“It would be unfortunate if master began to look down on me. I’ll take care of it immediately.”
Bell seemed determined so I backed away from the gates a little and held out the wand.

A black sphere appeared engulfing the area. It was silent appearing without so much as creating a breeze.
“Oi, Bell isn’t that going to effect things outside the area as well?”
The sphere had begun expanding to the outer reaches of the wall. However it didn’t effect anything on the other side.
“What are you talking about? The abyss is master’s ally.”
“What does that mean?”
Bell stared at me like I was an idiot.
“The abyss is subject to masters will, it won’t break what you don’t want broken or go where you don’t want it too.”
“I see, then expand it a little further, erase everything.”
“As you command.”
According to Bell the effects seem to be similar to my erosion wave. It drags things in and erases them according to my will.

The sphere disappeared taking the castle the fountain and the entire courtyard with it. The only thing it left behind was a large crater.
