I open the door. A towering man who's covered with a dark aura made the sight look cold, he's casually sitting on one of the board members' chairs.
He was never the same since his parents died in the hands of Han group. He really took it to heart when he heard their deaths, just like me.
He take fancy of the appetizers and start to munch some. This man is more shameless than me. I shook my head.
"What took you so long? Perhaps you've been grooming yourself too much, man might I remind you that you're a grown up man and not a woman?" He chuckled while he teasingly look at me. Really shameless.
"Be careful you might choke, it seems like you've been enjoying the free appetizers that's served here. And I might need to remind you that I'm more handsome than you." He give me a playful glare. It's my turn to chuckle.
"Idiot, you can dream, but you can never surpass my gorgeousness." I chuckled, this best friend of mine is really shameless.
"Is that so? Mr. Yuan, you might have forgotten that in the assembly I was awarded as the most handsome eligible bachelor of the year. And girls chase me everywhere I go."
"Aren't you shameless old friend Ming. Remember I haven't attended that assembly, it could have been me if I was present there." He threw some wrapper at me.

The door opens and Mr. Wang came in with the papers.
"Young master Gian, young master Jester, here are the documents and legal papers that you've requested."
"You're dismissed, thank you Mr. Wang" he bowed again and show himself the way out. The playfulness he showed earlier was gone when the papers were handed to us.
"Are you sure of this Gian?"
"I can never be more sure of anything than that Jester, my time's limited and I'm meeting my deadline earlier than I thought"
His brows were knitted together.
"I don't wanna loose my one and only best friend Gian, don't do this, we can still find another way."
"Unfortunately there's none left for me, this is the only option I have Jester, if not my sister would be in grave danger."
"Your sister? How come I didn't know you have one"
"I just got her back in the Ming family's household, she's the family's treasure. I don't want anything bad to happen to her."
"Will she continue what you've started and is she willing to?"
"Yes, she'll be able to handle everything when I'm gone."
