"Why are you out of the bed?" I asked

The girl I met before was stripped out from her masks, and all that's left is a girl whose emotions cease to exist. Her smiling face turned into a stoic one. It's even harder to believe that she was that girl.
"Who says I need to mask things?" I closed my laptop and got out of my chair. Then I walked towards her.
"I don't need you. I don't need your help—"
"That's not up to you! Your brother—"
"You don't need to live under my brother's wishes! He already died a long time ago! You should have buried everything with him!"
I grabbed her neck and smashed my lips with hers. She tried pushing me off, but I tugged her waist tighter. This is my woman, and she is bestowed to me for a long time, might as well stake a claim that she is mine.
I broke the kiss when we were almost out of breath. She looked me in the eyes. Then I leaned my forehead against hers and held her even closer to me.
"Don't say those words again Diana, you belong to me as I to you."
I stood straight and let her head lay against the crook of my neck. I reached to kiss her forehead.
"Prove it… prove it Jester…"
"You're still injured"
"I need you right now…"
I grabbed her gently. Then I carried her and let her snake her legs on my waist. I kissed her while I walked us to her bedroom back again.
