Samyukta was spending some time taking care of court affairs. She was handling everything in absence of Pinaka , as he went on a political meeting to Ujjain. Her pet parrot Vidusha was also accompanying her.It has been long since she came out to exercise and she felt her gloomy mood lift off as the beautiful breeze caressed her face, her long tresses of hair were tied in a turban and a small knife along with a sword was in her waist belt.
She came to a beautiful place where there was a spring of fresh water,she stopped there and surveyed the place. It was quite scenic with various floral plants and shrubs adorning the surroundings, there were many song birds which were cooing melodiously..
