It's been almost two years since the day Adone got the book but he wasn't able to decode the content of the book even with the help of the notes of head librarian as the book was written with the mixture of the forgotten language and another ancient language and only the cover of the book was written in forgotten language, which read 'A study on nature of Beast Spirit by Lich King: Lucas Bain'.
This made Adone even more motivated to get a to decipher the content of the book but the other language kept him from deciphering it so he had to rely on the Bionic chip to deal with it.
But to use the rest of the time efficiently he started to prepare to dwell in a new field that would enable him to use his status as a prince to help him in his quest to immortality.
Actually, he was very knowledgeable of the political affairs because of the memories of his ancestors stored in the chip but they are memories of a different world, of a different system thus he started to prepare himself for it.
And as a result of this he took part in royal examination and attend first place but that wasn't a shocking news as he was a prince, what shocked everyone was that he was only Eight years old, to give you an understanding of how shocking it was the youngest person who ever passed the exam prior to Adone was a Twenty Eight years old man.
Thus becoming the youngest person to hold an official position in the royal court of The Great Gran.
But this soon backfired on him as he found out that in this world the power officials had was just to record the happenings of the court, helping with internal policies that only affected commoners like agriculture and the main power was in the hands of people who cultivated.

The author also tried to implant beast spirits into unborn children artificially, all resulting in failures. The children would just have few characteristics of the beast spirits but with their growth, they would all fade away.
So the author decided to try it out using powerful best spirits and that resulted in the birth of the first person with twin beast spirits whom second beast spirit was artificially implanted.
This caused the author to make the conclusion that the beast spirit must be strong enough to endure the procedure.
What intrigued Adone the most was the last page of the book on which the author scribbled that it was possible for a person to snatch another person's beast spirit.
'The Lich King was up to something. If he was able to perform these procedures them he would be able to forge unlimited beast spirits but that would also mean that he would have to kill that many people to snatch their beast spirits, maybe this was the reason for him to start the massacre'

The King looked same as he looked the day Adone was born with the same grand demeanor and feeling of divinity.
