Yang Yi had no idea before the uproar started that he could buy chili sauce in the prison shop.

The riot caused by the Mexicans due to there not being chili sauce disrupted the entire mealtime. It was only during dinner time when Yang Yi was finally able to have enough to eat. He had also managed to buy what he needed.

After Yang Yi returned to his cell, he took out his war hammer and removed the cloth covering it and the pebbles inside.

Yang Yi then took out the packaged chili sauce he had bought. They were similar to those found in a fast-food restaurant. He had no idea how spicy the sauce was but he had bought the spiciest sauce there was according to the old timer.

He tasted some of the sauce after opening the packaging. Although it wasn’t particularly spicy, it would serve the purpose he had in mind for it.

Yang Yi then squeezed all the chili sauce into the war hammer. Once done, he rewrapped the war hammer with a layer of plastic sheet. What Yang Yi owned now was a chili war hammer.

He then forcefully bent the war hammer and fixed it around his waist. He moved the triangular shiv to a place where he could easily retrieve it. Once he finished he was ready for the fight.

Yang Yi had to prepare for the fight early since he had no idea when the cage fight with the Boxing King would begin.

Seeing that Yang Yi was done with his preparations, Chris who was standing off to the side said, “Personally, I think you have lost a very powerful weapon. It’s better for you to use the pebbles. Chili sauce will only be effective if you manage to smear it in the Boxing King’s eye.”

Yang Yi chuckled, “I don’t think I will be able to hit the Boxing King’s head. Given his level of physical fitness, I don’t think it would have much of an effect even if I managed to hit him on the head. The chili sauce, on the other hand, will be deadly if I can just smear it in his eyes. Although the attack itself is not fatal, I believe I will be able to take his life once he has been blinded.”

The weapon configuration was a matter of preference. It was either a weapon that could be lethal with a single strike and had very exact conditions for use or a more balanced weapon where each strike wasn’t lethal.

Yang Yi believed he would most likely be killed if he had used a more balanced plastic war hammer. Although the current weapon setup had strict usage requirements, Yang Yi would win if his strike was on target.

It was an awful feeling waiting for the time to pass, so Yang Yi smiled at Chris, “You will be released from prison next year right? As I recall, you said there’s only one more year to go.”

Chris nodded, “I won’t be released because I haven’t served the full sentence. However, I have been in prison for six years now and my behavior has been good. So, I can apply for parole. If it’s successful, I will be able to get out next year.”

Yang Yi waved his hand and laughed, “What’s your plan after you get out? Revenge?”

Chris turned silent for a while before he softly said, “I don’t want to discuss it.”

Yang Yi sighed, “Just say it. It’s not like it'll be easy for you to find someone like me who might die soon again. As you know, a dead man tells no tales.”

After giving it some thought, Chris nodded, “When I get out, I will find those little animals and slaughter them. I will definitely kill them since they have ruined my life and made it meaningless.”

“Will you be able to find them?”

“I should be able to find them. I know their names and I managed to obtain their addresses.”

“It has been years since the events happened. I suspect it won’t be so easy for you to get your revenge. It’s possible they no longer live at the address. Their appearance could have also changed a lot. Don’t forget you’ll still be under supervision while on parole. You might even get caught after killing the first person, so how are you going to kill all three of them?”

Some doubt had arisen but Chris shook his head, “I haven’t thought that far. It’s difficult to get up-to-date news in here. I have no idea how the world outside has changed. I’m not in a hurry. I can take it slow since there’s nothing else I want to do for the rest of my life.”

Yang Yi was just trying to calm his nerves by chatting. How could he even think about helping others when he himself had a pile of personal problems to resolve? Moreover, he didn’t have any means to help Chris to begin with.

Chris couldn’t hold back anymore and continued to talk, “It doesn’t matter if can’t get rid of all three of them. At the very least, I will get to kill one of them. I have money. I can always hire a bounty hunter to locate all of them. In fact, I have a friend who knows a bounty hunter.”

Chris finished the last bit with confidence. He then looked at Yang Yi and asked, “Do you know what a bounty hunter does? They hunt down inmates on parole that run away. They obtain a portion of the bail as remuneration if they manage to catch the inmates. Bounty hunters are very capable at what they do. Once I am out on parole, I can hire bounty hunters. They will definitely be able to locate them as long as I have enough money.”

Yang Yi curiously asked, “Bounty hunter? Sounds like they can definitely help you, the biggest question now is do you have enough money?”

Chris shrugged as he replied, “I don’t but my father does. He will definitely support me. Once I get out of here, he will pass me his life savings. I will have the money then.”

Yang Yi nodded as he smiled, “Oh, you’ll definitely be able to fulfill your wish. Since you have the money, why don’t you hire a hitman instead?”

Chris looked at Yang Yi as he replied, “Hitman? No, no, I want to exact revenge using my own hands. Did you know there are people in this prison who can connect me with people willing to kill for money? There’s too many of them, in fact, but I don’t need their services.”

Just when Yang Yi wanted to say something, a guard stopped in front of their cell and expressionlessly said, “3387, you’ll be changing cells. I will give you two minutes to pack your belongings.”

Yang Yi stood up while Chris actually exclaimed in surprise, “How is it so fast!?”

Yang Yi picked up his belongings and smiled at Chris, “Goodbye, mate. Talk to you later.”

Chris froze for a moment before he replied, “Good luck!”

Seeing that Yang Yi was done packing his belongings, the guard opened the cell’s door and grabbed Yang Yi’s arm. He didn’t bother searching Yang Yi.
