Naruto was focused as ever. This was Madara Uchiha, The Madara Uchiha. Feared as Ashura during war times, only Hashirama could ever match him.
Madara stood up, his hair danced wildly in the air. Before Naruto could react he was blow away. He crashed through dozens of trees leaving a long trail on the ground.
Jiraiya got worried, he was about to go help him when Obito stopped him.
Obito " Your opponent is me, Toad sage."
Jiraiya cursed " Damn!! "
Naruto who got blasted got up from the ground.
Kurama " Naruto! Don't be lax. Use sage sense to max only then can you catch his movements."
Naruto's eyes focused on Madara " I know."
Madara stopped a bit away from Naruto, his eyes changed, along with it the air around him also changed. Naruto felt a bit stifled when he saw those eyes.
Kurama " Naruto!! Focus!! "
Naruto snapped out. His body emitted orange flames, strange runes spread across his face. His pupils now had vertical slits. Unlike in the anime Naruto learned Sage mode from shikkotsu forest since he can use Wood style and that Sage Mode best suits his Wood Style.
Naruto stared at Madara before vanishing, only a flash could be seen. Madara didn't even budge, he raised his right arm to his side. A huge force striked his arm but it didn't faze him.
Naruto was in midair trying to kick Madara to his head. His body flashed again, this time he got behind him and punched hard. Madara's body rotated dodging Naruto. He caught Naruto's arm, pulling him towards him.
Madara " Naruto..... this is how you throw a punch."
Madara pulled back his hand, wind whistled as around his fist as he punched Naruto to his gut. If one looked closely you could see Chakra attaching tightly to his fist.
Madara's fist punched hard into his gut almost going out his back. Naruto's body bent as he was send flying.
Naruto crashed through everything in his path. His body had bruises all over, he tried to sit up but coughed out blood instead.
Kurama got worried " Naruto! don't try Taijutsu with him. He was born and bred in battle, you aren't experienced enough to fight him like that. Use diversion."
Naruto panted " Cough* Cough* I *cough* Know."
Due to using Sage made his body was sturdy enough, otherwise that punch alone would kill anyone. His bruises had steam come out of it as they healed.
Naruto got up, with that short exchange he got used to Madara's speed. But that wouldn't help him to fight this monster.
His hands clasped together
" Wood style : Nativity of trees "
Woods sprang out from the ground, all of it attacked Madara. But none of these were able to get past his eyes, he dodged every single attack that came at him. His Sharingan dodged around as it captured every movement.
Dozens of Naruto's came at him as he dodged, every single clone attacked with coordination. But Madara deflected, blocked and countered each attack. He took out Naruto's clone one by one.
Madara felt danger from behind as he was dealing with Naruto's clones. He jumped up and looked back. A giant Rasenshuriken was closing in on him.
' That's not bad.'
Naruto watched in anticipation. He waited for a good opportunity to get one on Madara. But to his shock his attack actually melted... no it vanished. Naruto looked at Madara in shock.
Madara now had his eyes closed, when he opened them Naruto got stupified. Cold sweat ran down his cheeks.
Naruto " Rinnegan..... why do you have it!!?? "
Madara " Sharingans final stage is Rinnegan, Naruto."
Naruto's eyes stared " WHAT!!? "
Madara's eyes reverted back to his Sharingan. He made a hand sign
" Wood style : Deep forest emergence."
Trees sprang out of the ground covering Naruto's Jutsu. Naruto used Hiraishin to flash away to a distance, he watched as everything got engulfed.
Madara " You have anything else, Naruto. If not then it's time for me to move."
He made a hand sign. Naruto heard a loud screech, he looked to its direction and saw his True Thousand Hands Jutsu get demolished by Gedo statue.
Naruto watched as purple chains shot out of Gedo statue, those chains pierced through the tailed beasts and pulled them towards its mouth. Kurama had a bad feeling when he saw that. Suddenly a chain shot towards Naruto.
Kurama " Naruto!! Watch out."
Naruto used Hiraishin to dodge away but the moment he landed a strong kick assaulted him. This shook his balance for a few seconds. Madara's palm produced some kind of black metal as it pierced Naruto's shoulder.
Naruto could feel his chakra flow get disturbed. He tried to mold chakra but failed.
Madara " Just stay obedient."
He used another one of those black rods and pierced his leg thus sealing Naruto's movements completely.
Kurama watched in horror as a chain from the Gedo statue flew towards Naruto, capturing him. Kurama couldn't move once this chain touched Naruto. Bit by bit he was pulled out, he tried his best to resist but to no avail. He was powerless against certain things and Gedo statue's seal chain was one of them.
Naruto saw how his partner was being ripped out of him. He too tried to hold on but Naruto couldn't budge that chain.
When it seemed like everything was over, Madara suddenly retreated. One could see some kind of black flame burn his armour. A huge sword came crashing down on the chain wrapped around Naruto. It cut through those chains like a hot knife through butter.
Madara looked at black flames burning his armour " Interesting."
His eyes changed to Rinnegan and repelled these flames. But still his body got burned, the right side of his armour was gone. His burned flesh made sizzling sounds as it healed. Left side of his chest had someone's face on it. Madara's eyes trailed towards his attackers.
Naruto was panting on the ground when a figure landed beside him. He held him up and asked worried
" You ok? "
Naruto smiled cheekily " I am alright. Thanks for worrying. "
Sasuke snorted " If anything happens to you aunt will be sad, that's all."
Naruto didn't reply. He looked at the others beside him. His dad, mom, Itachi, Shisui and everyone else was present. With them behind him Naruto's confidence increased.
Madara didn't care how many was Infront of him, he lightly commented " Impressive."
Minato stepped forward " Madara.... you will fail."
Madara had a smirk " Will I? "
Itachi spoke this time " The peace you wish for can be achieved but not like this. What you desire is nothing but a fake one. It will never be real."
