" Our first priority is to gather information. Rockwell town..... from those two we met it's safe to assume an immortal is keeping watch over it."

" Right. If we somehow become hostile with them it could spell trouble, after all we don't know if they have stronger forces or not."
It was Law who spoke this time, his eyes subconsciously wandered around Kenpachi when he spoke this.

Law shrugged. He truly felt worried about this blockhead causing trouble.
" Anyway, we need to stay low. We may be strong but that's only in the mortal world. Here, we are at the bottom level. All of us here can challenge those levels above us but don't let that cloud your judgement.
I don't want to die just before we started our journey. And Kenpachi.... try not to cause trouble, that's what you promised, remember? "

The roads leading to the city was filled with people. Most seemed to be travellers while some were merchants or the sort. Ryu could make out several huge auras hidden within these caravans.
" Half Immortals..... three of them. Looks like this town is a major one."
Ryu wasn't wrong Rockwell town is a major trading hub in the western plains. Half Immortals aren't that rare inside this city.
All of them joined the crowd and walked along. People around them was curious to see them since the clothes they wore were pretty interesting. Some merchants even approached Ryu to ask for the clothes he wore.
Ryu was from the modern world so he was inclined to wearing clothes from his world.
Many ladies eyed Ryu along the way, this kind of made the men among the crowd hate Ryu to which he just shrugged.
Soon they reached the huge city gates. As it was their turn the guards looked at Ryu and company and said.
" Ten low grade crystals."
Ryu was lost. Thankfully Merlin was wise enough to understand those words, she took out several crystals the size of a marble and gave it to the guard.
The guard took the crystal and allowed them entry.
After they walked inside.
" Good thinking Merlin."
" It seems those crystals we found is one of the currency in this world."
Along the way they encountered several demon beasts which they killed off. As all of these beasts were half Immortals, law wanted to collect them for experimenting.
Inside one of these beasts they found a dead man, and got a spacial ring from him. There wasn't much inside except a mortal weapon and dozen or so of these crystals.
" We only have two of these crystals left."
Law rubbed his chin and looked around. He could see people using gold coins to buy some ordinary items but when his eyes scanned past a weapon stall he found them trade using crystals.
" And it seems like not all trade needs to be done using these crystals."
All of them very good understanding of each other. Gradually they split of, going their way.
Law, Hisoka, Stark, Esdeath and Merlin would gather intelligence.
Zoro, Ryu, Madara and Escanor's duty was to find out the strongest warrior in here.
As for Kenpachi.... they would be thankful if he didn't break anything.

All of them were now gathered inside a restaurant. The place was considered a luxury in this town, they booked a private room and ordered several meals. Anyway they used gold coins here so it wasn't a problem.
" The place we are in right now is called the western plains. Rockwell town is a trading point connecting several other countries around this place. This is the map."

" This world we are in is one the worlds governed by Heaven Alliance. It's an organisation formed by several powerful individuals, atleast nearing Half Divine.
This world consists of four continents, namely East, west, north, south. Most planets governed by Heaven Alliance has the same structure.
As for where we are, it's in the western continent, near to Wilderness."

" The place we came out of, apparently it's a dangerous place. It's said that even True Immortals would die miserably if they ventured too deep inside."
Esdeath was truly a general, she was able to grasp the geographical knowledge of the surroundings in no time.

" This city is also part of Heaven Alliance, the lord of this place is a man called Zeno. He is a True Immortal and he has several Immortals under him as well.
As for other influences..... there are several families but the true power is with Zeno. If he want one of them gone then they wouldn't live to see the next day."
