“Later? I won’t be interested later.” Huang Beiyue kicked the little red-gold holy tiger. “Don’t leave yet, you’re still out of luck!”

She kicked the tiger, its little body flying back from the force, but it rose and ran back to her, wagging its head and tail at her ingratiatingly, still faithful.

Huang Beiyue looked at him with disdain. “Damn, are you really a spiritual beast? Why do you resemble a dog so much?”

The little holy tiger purred, and his entire round body momentarily compelled itself in sorrow, seeming to have suffered no small blow.

Feng Lianyi comfortably touched his head. His once bleeding nose was wiped clean with a handkerchief. However, a slight bruise on his nose damaged the beauty of his entire face in a flash.

“Huang Beiyue, what was your dream about?” asked Feng Lianyi, who looked down at the tiger.

Huang Beiyue’s eyes instantly radiated a murderous aura and were so gloomy and terrifying that even Feng Lianyi, who had his head bent down, could feel it. He looked back up at her and said, “I hope you can forget about your painful past.”

His caring words, which weren’t pretentious in the slightest, were honest and frank.

“Stay out of other people’s business.” Her tone was icy, not that she wasn’t grateful and intelligent, but her past was the thing she was most reluctant to mention. Kinship had always been the most prominent soft spot in her heart.

It was because of the loss from her childhood that she longed for it, but the more she did so, the more she couldn’t get it.

Seeing what Xiao Longlong had done to Huang Beiyue, her calml personality should be uninterested, but what did she care? How could a father do that? She hated these kinds of corrupt people and immoral beasts!

Long Xiao, he insulted the word father!

The little red gold holy tiger was about to leave when suddenly, the dreamweaver in Huang Beiyue’s small hanging bag revealed its head. ”Squeak,” it said, tugging at her clothes and looking at her pathetically.

“What is this for?” Looking at the little thing, Huang Beiyue had nothing to pout about when she remembered the nightmare she had.

The dreamweaver blinked timidly and lifted its short little finger in one direction, its big eyes gleaming.

Looking over in the direction of its finger, Huang Beiyue only saw the dark forest, surrounded by floating lights. There were a few slightly larger dream weaving beasts poking their heads around.

The corners of his mouth twitched slightly. That was his family! What were they doing here? Did they want revenge? Did they want their kid back? Good thinking!

Huang Beiyue held the green stem on the head of the dreamweaver and lifted him into the air. The dreamweaver immediately squealed in fright, his little hand clasping a petal of his own. He trembled in fear, tearful and pitiful.

Huang Beiyue pointed at herself with a thumb and said, “Mine.”

Seeing her move, the other few dodging dreamweavers shuddered together in fear, tugging at their little petals with a pitiful plea.

“They just wanted to say goodbye to him.” Seeing such a childish but forceful move, Feng Lianyi was frightened about the dream weavers being on the verge of tears, so he could only speak out.

Huang Beiyue looked at him suspiciously.

Feng Lianyi said, “They only want to say bye to him. They’re asking that you hold your hand up high, and because their child is with you. Let him follow you and grow.”
