"The Emperor valued his relationship with his younger brother, Prince Yi so much," Jiang Xiao Tian commented. His tone showed his frustration. "He loved the Princess, but he will not do anything that will upset Prince Yi."
"We can't blame His Majesty. Harming Prince Jing will only harm the Emperor's relationship with his brother." Jiang Huan said. "Back then, the competition between the five princes were fierce. With Prince Yi's help, the Emperor ascended the throne."
