Under the gaze of all supercats, the mistress of the Extradimensional Belly and the Dimension Portal, Dust Ball, nodded her head and said, “Let’s wait for Zhao Yao’s return and report to him. In the meanwhile let’s follow Matcha and watch.”
After the departure of Matcha and the Dimension Portal, Yellow Mud initiated his plan.
“Let’s go Floret.”
Meow? Floret looked strangely at Yellow Mud as he shoved a dirty rat toy, worn-out scratching board, a piece of black carpet into the bag.
“We are moving Floret.” Yellow Mud said seriously, “This Matcha is too voracious and yet he is unwilling to hunt for food. A vagrant’s life is cruel. With him around, we will break down with his insatiable appetite.”
He slung the bag over his shoulder and brought Floret outside. His face showed his guilty conscience. “Sorry Matcha, we need to survive. You have your four limbs and your superpower is greater than mine. As long as you are willing to work, you will never starve to death.”
Floret followed behind with a muddled face, oblivious of what was happening.
Meanwhile, Matcha had a level eight Time Freeze, so safety was not a concern. However, he had never been so far away from home, so after taking detours, losing his way, taking naps and breaks, he only arrived at Xiaoyu’s home in the evening.
“I remember Fish Ball saying… it’s the third floor?”
He climbed up the water pipe with great effort and arrived at the windows. However, it was locked so he knocked on the window, shouting, “Fish Ball! Fish Ball, come out and play! It’s Matcha, Fish Ball!”
Unfortunately, Fish Ball did not appear. Instead, a dog’s face appeared. His eyes stared at Matcha.
“Er.” Matcha hesitated for a while and smiled at the husky. “Greetings Noodle, I am Matcha, Zhao Yao’s Matcha. May I come in to charge my cell phone?”
Husky stared at him with his lifeless eyes, jumped off from the window sill and pulled up the curtains.
“D*mn dog!” Matcha knocked wildly on the windows and shouted, “Fish Ball! Fish Ball! Come out! Your big brother Matcha is here.”
Suddenly, the curtains were pulled away, showing Noodle’s head. Matcha grinned and said, “Noodle, help me open the door. I am friends with Fish Ball and we are like brothers.”
Noodle held a writing board in his mouth and placed it on the window sill. After that, he jumped off and pulled the curtains again.
Matcha looked at the words on the writing board, “Bug off.”
Argh! The green veins on Matcha’s forehead pulsed and his claws screeched across the window pane. “D*mn dog, wait till I come in later… I will beat him to death, then feed him feces.”
At this thought, Matcha immediately walked along the window sill and leaped to the wall on the other side. He extended his claws to grip onto the rocky part of the outer wall and climbed towards the other window sill.
However, just when he landed on the window sill, the Husky’s head reappeared. The figure of a dog flashed with brushing sounds of movement and thereafter all windows were securely locked.
Matcha flew into a temper. His paws pounded on the glass and he scolded, “D*mn dog! You are purposely picking a fight! Where is Fish Ball? Get him here!”
Noodle merely glanced at Matcha with scorn, then raised the board with the words, “Bug off.”
Looking at the cat and dog fight, Fish Ball, who was on the other side of the Dimension Portal, stood up with excitement. “Finally, it is my turn to enter the fray!”
Following Dust Ball’s activation of the Dimension Portal in Xiaoyu’s house, Fish Ball squirmed out from the portal and leaped onto the window sill.
On seeing Fish Ball, Matcha was worked up and he said, “Fish Ball! You have finally come! Help me open the door!”
Fish Ball said with a face of masked innocence, “Eh, Matcha? Why are you here?”
Matcha almost blurted out on how he was being chased out and wanted to recharge his cell phone. However, after thinking, he felt it unwise to say so. If Fish Ball cowered under Zhao Yao’s despotic power and refused to release him, what would he do?
As such, Matcha rolled his eyeballs and said pretentiously, “Uh, I thought we are close so I came today to pay you a visit. Won’t you welcome me?”
“Why not?” Fish Ball laughed heartily but he thought resentfully, “D*mn Matcha, fortunately, I am well informed or else I might have inadvertently aided a sinful cat. Will I not be implicated and answerable to Zhao Yao?”
After the hearty laugh, Fish Ball straightened his face. “No Matcha, my house was installed with surveillance monitors recently. If Xiaoyu discovers that I let in other cats, she will skin me alive.”
Matcha begged, “Any blind spots? I can enter via the surveillance’s blind spots. If not, you can help me charge my cell phone, the battery is flat.”
“Not possible.” Fish Ball stole a glance at Noodle and said, “That d*mn dog is watching me the whole time, if I help you, he will tell on me.”
“What!” Matcha thought, “Perhaps God wants me dead?”
At this time, the main door of Fish Ball’s home opened. The trio of dog and cats looked over and saw Xiaoyu entering. She noticed two cats on the window sills—Fish Ball on the interior and Matcha on the exterior.

Spirit Cat flew out from the back of Xiaoyu, controlling the cell phone and saying, “Xiaoyu, this fellow is Matcha, a supercat from Zhao Yao’s side.”
“Uh?” Xiaoyu immediately looked at Matcha, her eyes illuminating. She walked to the window and flung it open. “Please enter Matcha.”
Matcha meowed and swaggered in.
Meanwhile, Xiaoyu poured a bowl of cat food for Matcha and said, “Have your meal first Matcha. I have some homework to finish, after that, I shall play with you.”
Xiaoyu grabbed Fish Ball and walked to her room. After placing Fish Ball on the table, she patted on his head and a soft gentle white light emitted from Fish Ball’s face, illuminating the entire table top like a desk lamp.
Xiaoyu took out her homework and thought at the same time, “I wonder what abilities Matcha has. I guess he is more useful than Fish Ball, who is only saving my monthly electric bill and not much of a use.”
At this thought, Xiaoyu worked more diligently on her homework. “Hehe, if Matcha is powerful, I shall keep him here.”
Fish Ball was bored stiff as he illuminated the tabletop and looked at the words on Xiaoyu’s homework. He immediately felt groggy, his eyelids became heavier and the light dimmed.
Xiaoyu slapped Fish Ball’s head and admonished, “Don’t switch off the light.”
