She heard Bai Quan say, “All the apostles were knocked out. This woman can transform into elemental ice. Doll, do you have any idea of how to imprison her?”
A robot, who was hugging a large can, came over, and displayed Doll’s images. “This is a can for storing liquid nitrogen. Use it to imprison her for the time being.”
Bai Quan looked at Ada and frowned. “Would you like to go into the can yourself or do you need my help?”
“B*stard!” Ada cursed furiously and transformed into snowflakes that filled the entire can.
Bai Quan heaved in relief, looked at Milk Tea, and caressed his head. “Thank goodness Milk Tea’s alright. Otherwise I’ll incur the Boss’ wrath.”
Zhao Xue squatted down and looked at the trembling Mao Mao and his adjutant, who were hugging each other. She frowned and said, “Is this cat Matcha? If he’s Matcha, wouldn’t he be flogging the corpses now?”
Everyone stared at them, causing Mao Mao and his adjutant to hug each other tightly in terror.
In their eyes, they were the monsters and devils of the Headless Horseman, Zhao Yao.
Milk Tea said, “He’s the one who disguised himself as Matcha to kidnap me!”
“Huh?”
The adjutant floret cat was overwhelmed by the fierce gazes sweeping over him and he fell to the ground, sobbing. “It’s all your fault!” He pointed at Mao Mao and shouted, “I thought joining another gang or selling catmint was better!”
“Instead you wanted to become a killer!”
“There’s no profit! And we became kidnappers!”
“Shut up!” Mao Mao roared at his adjutant. He looked at Bai Quan and meowed, “I know the Headless Horseman’s rules. My money’s under the cat dwelling. Take it!”
The adjutant yelled, “Gang leader! We can’t lose the money! This is our last bit of money. Without it, there’s no Cao Gang!”
“There’s no more Cao Gang!” Mao Mao said, “We are washing our hands off gang activities!”
Bai Quan noticed the cats meowing pitifully and was puzzled as he asked, “What are they saying?”
“They are claiming to be pitiful…” Zhao Xue said. “Bring them away.”
The two cats panicked as Mao Mao shouted woefully, “Don’t take us to Cat Wonderland! We don’t want to be slaves!”
“I know what Headless Horseman wants! Take my money! Please don’t send me to Cat Wonderland!”

In the United States, Zhao Yao nodded after receiving a call from Bai Quan. Then he frowned and said, “Milk Tea was rescued but Matcha’s still missing?”
Bai Quan said, “Yes, I questioned the apostles and they said they only captured Milk Tea. They don’t know where Matcha is.”
“Matcha!” Zhao Yao was troubled as he said, “Perhaps he went gallivanting? Or the Star Cats sent another unit to capture him? Are you able to find him?”
Bai Quan said helplessly, “He left a lot of scents in Cat Wonderland and the surrounding streets. I need more time to find him.”
“Fine, inform me once you find him.”
Zhao Yao hung up the phone and thought, “We didn’t detect Matcha using Time Freeze or Regeneration so he wasn’t captured by the Americans.”
Remembering Matcha’s playful behavior, Zhao Yao said, “He’s probably gallivanting somewhere.”
Moments later, Zhao Yao’s cell phone rang. It was Steve, whose tired voice came through and he said, “We found Doomsday’s location and I’m sending you the information. Once you find him, you’ll understand that it’s a misunderstanding between us.”
“Hoho.” Zhao Yao was not going to go after them for Milk Tea’s kidnapping as he felt it was more important to find Doomsday. He nodded after receiving Doomsday’s location. He placed his supercats in the invisible Deflective Field and flew up into the sky, towards Doomsday’s location.

In a warehouse by the seaside, Doomsday laid on top of a pile of cat food cans while studying the world map happily on his cell phone.
“Excellent! The American birth rate increased. Isn’t Japan next in line?”
“I heard their population’s shrinking. I’ll help them increase their birth rate tomorrow.”
“It’s difficult to control my location in the material world while traveling in the dreamscape.”

He thought he discovered another superpower by mistake.
