The briefing regarding the unity camp took almost an hour due to the girls asking many insignificant questions. They keep on asking the demigods questions like, what team they are in and if they are going to participate in the activities. I do understand as to why the girls are so active and excited for the upcoming unity camp. It is the first time that the junior and senior students from both Music and Arts Curriculum and Science and Business Curriculum will be merging.
Unity Camp is a tradition in Xin City HIgh. This activity is held annually, the student council is assigned in hosting this activity every year making this their most hated event ever. Every year the groupings are different, last year the Sophomore and Junior Students of both curriculum were merged for a one night and two days stay at a luxurious resort in K Country. While the Freshmen and Senior students of both curriculum went to a well known island in P Country. During that span of time, the student council has already arranged certain activities that will help boost the camaraderie and friendship among students.
This year the Junior and Senior students of both curriculum will be going to a camping site in A Country. I feel exhausted already just thinking about the long trails that I have to walk before we arrive at the camping site. The girls keep on interrupting the discussion with their high pitch voices exclaiming how scared they are of going to the wilderness. They keep on asking if they could bring this and that to the trip. I rolled my eyes as I heard their exaggerated demands. Why not bring their whole house with them? They are starting to irritate me but the two boys in front are still smiling brightly while patiently answering their questions. Kyle and Vincent are popular for being good leaders with good looks and great personalities. Of course they won't let their dark sides get exposed this easily. They are two-faced professionals.
The Xander is different though, he is known for being a genius and handsome at the same time but girls can't seem to approach him as easily as the other two. He is a very straightforward person. He doesn't mind being labeled as a rude person by the others. He is even colder than me in rejecting anyone who confesses to him. Just like now, he isn't even hiding his irritation. As time passes by, the crease on his forehead also increases, making me smile in my seat. Looking at him being tortured like this by the girls in my class is making me smile in satisfaction.
'Neo said not to flirt with other men. I'm exempted for today.' His words are still clear in my head. Since when did the aloof good looking nerd been good friends with the devil? I heard rumors that the representative of MAC and the representative of SBC are not in good terms. Rumors are indeed just rumors. Neo is the representative of the Music and Arts Curriculum. Due to Xander's words earlier, I can definitely conclude that they are not enemies but rather good friends. Why else would Neo tell Xander to keep a close eye on me if they are not close?
This is not good. If I attend the unity camp then I am sure that I will bump into Neo. I really have a bad feeling about this. Please don't tell me Neo is involved in all of this? If not, then why the sudden merging of the junior and senior students of both curriculum? I better find an excuse to not attend the camp this year.
