Huge buildings were erected on the ground similar to those found on Earth.
There were many skyscrapers with elemental mana revolving around them.
Huge antennas were placed on top of the skyscraper that absorbed mana and spread it throughout the building.
Many people went here and there but there was no bloodshed, not were there any arrogant youngster.
Though many people looked towards him attracted by his uniqueness, making Feng Mei understand that he needed to really buy a mask or something that can cover up his face.
Feng Mei thought that he was taking a stroll through a modern city, that used magic along with technology.
Here and there, were many restaurant stall and big cafes.
The chefs used different types of elemental mana and created dishes whose names and tastes were unknown to him.
Even Though the city looked modern, but there were no cars on the streets.
But he saw huge airplane without wings flying up in the air.
Instead of plane magical surrounded the plane pushing it up, making it float and pulling it towards it's direction.
Feng Mei continued on his path and finally reached in front of a huge and wide skyscraper.
Similar to other skyscraper there were huge antennas placed on top of it that spread mana through the building.
The building had huge word written in English. The world were EAACIH (everything about Astral cultivation is here).
Near the door of the building stood two guards, wearing black glasses, tuxedo and wireless earphone.
Though they were unarmed, but wore a spatial ring in their middle finger which definitely contained a lot of destructive stuff.
Feng Mei went towards the door, but the guards did nothing as they have seen the symbol on his robe.
He swiped his ID card(mana seal token) on the door and the huge crystal door of the skyscraper opened automatically.
He entered went towards the spatial teleporter and teleported himself toward the ninth floor.
The entire ninth floor belonged to the sub-branch of the "Hall of talisman inscription" branch located in Heavenly wind Empire.
He appeared in front of the "Hall of Talisman inscription" and entered it.
Ninth floor was where newbie and unregistered talisman inscriber went to get registered as a 1-star Talisman inscriber.
"Hello, I am here to register as a talisman inscriber" he said to the person sitting at the registration counter.
The person wore a shirt with the logo of "Hall of talisman".
The logo had the drawing of a pen. Below and around the pen, floated a golden paper.
The logo showed that a person was an employee of Hall of talisman.
"Ah ok! pass me your Id" the person sitting at the counter answered back normally, as he have seen many high class people's.
Feng Mei passed his ID to him, who took it and placed it on the scanner.
In the holographic screen, all Information about Feng Mei appeared.
Especially the information that said newly registered citizen of heavenly wind empire and non-cultivator.
Though, it didn't contain information about Feng Mei being close to the princess.
"Boy, you need to at least be a 3-star Astral disciple before you can be registered as a talisman inscriber" Said the middle-aged man.
