Maria felt her patience coming thin slowly. What's with him, acting childish since earlier?!
She pulled her hand from his grip and walked hastily, leaving him behind.
She can't take his mood anymore! Maria opened the door quickly and shut it loudly.
"what's wrong with you?"
he asked after he hopped in the car.
"I should be the one to asked you to that."
she really want to shout at him but she chose not to. She's trying hard to control her anger.
"did you forget our agreement back in the office?"
he was really frustrated and wanted to strangle her.
"what deal?"
Maria pretended not to remember his OWN agreement.
"are you really trying my patience, miss Ho?"
"oh? I remembered, it's your own agreement coz I never agreed to it"
She said mockingly. Turning her gaze outside the window, ignoring him completely.
Tobias wanted to burst in so much anger. How could she be so stubborn?!
He tried so hard to control himself.
"so you like Mr. Teng?"
he glared at her, not starting the car.
"no, but he's attractive despite of his age."
she answered his questions not daring to look at him.
"so you liked old men? his 45 for heavens sake!"
this woman was really impossible!
"I don't care, as long as his not married. Why not?"
she's not aware that her answers were making him more furious.
She placed her arms on her chest.
"so that was the reason why you blushed because you like him. He even kissed your hand!"
Tobias reach her shoulder harshly to let her faced him.
"this has no relation to why I blushed, I'm just not used to that gesture!"
she shouted at him, slapping his hand away from her shoulder.
"oh? so you don't want to me to touch you? But Mr. Teng can?!"
He was really mad!
"its not like that! And its not your business!"
"it is my business! You're my secretary and we're at work, you can flirt to whomever you want after your work hour!"
He shouted back, not thinking to what he said.

Tobias was stunned. Maria hit his left cheek, hard!
"you have no right to insult me even if I'm your secretary! And for Mr. Teng, I never said that I like him! You just assumed by yourself!"
she explained, she was raging furiously that made her cry!
Tobias saw her teared face. He felt guilty, he went overboard.
He brushed his hair with his hands frustratedly.
"I...I'm sorry, I never..."
he tried to touch her but she leaned away from him.
"don't touch me!"
she kept on crying.
"I just wanna go home!"
Maria demanded, feeling depressed.
Tobias glanced at her with guilt in his eyes. Then he started the engine and drove off.
Maria arrived at the subdivision by instructing Tobias the direction.
Her house was located in a middle class subdivision. The Glorious Residence.
"just stop here"
she said after the long silence
"are you sure?"
"I'll just walked towards my house, its not that far."
she reached for her bag on the backseat and open the car door.
"Maria?"
Tobias called her by her first name.
"don't call me on my first name,Sir. We're not friends."
she responded coldly.
Then she finally opened the door and went out.
"thank you sir"
