Following court dismissal, Lu Yi remained glued to his seat completely dumbfounded by what just took place in the courtroom. The Rowdy crowd slowly began to disperse from the courthouse. Many stopped to give an interview with the rumor hungry reporters, now that the trial had come to a complete close, the people that attended the hearing were now free to say what actually took place, but that didn't stop some of them from giving different versions of what happened during the sentencing of the Zhang heiress.

A few of the press team followed the ambulance to see where it was taking both Zhang Mi and her Uncle, this way they will be one of the first to break the news before other news stations could beat them to it.

Most of them stayed back to hear from whoever was willing to divulge details surrounding, why a former heiress and the President to one of the most prominent company in the country was being wheeled out, both at the same time out of the courtroom. That alone was enough gossip to last a lifetime, there was no hiding the animosity that was speculated to be going on between Zhang Mi and Zhang Tianyu.

The most searchable word that was trending on the net was Zhang heiress dead, Zhang Uncle killed, Zhang Mi jailed, Zhang Corporation. Those were the top trending words that appeared numerous times on the internet.

Of course a lot of people's imagination had started to run wild, some thought that they both got into a serious fight that led to them having to be transported to the hospital. Others felt that it was merely a stunt by the Zhang family to down play the scandal that was rocking Zhang Corporation. When the first scandal broke out during the first appearance of both Zhang Tianyu and Zhang Mi in court, that led to a huge fall in company shares. Things didn't go back to normal until months after the first court hearing, this left most employees of Zhang Corporation in fear of being fired at anytime by Zhang Tianyu.

It took over thirty minutes for Lu Yi to gather himself together and leave the courthouse. Outside, many reporters still surrounded the main entrance to the courtroom. No matter what means the reporters used, Lu Yi refused to stay back for an interview, the shock of what took place, robbed him of clear thought. What he wanted to do was appeal the case again at the Supreme court, but that meant a great deal of planning and resources such as a sizeable amount of money to hire the very best, that is a lawyer with the highest winning rate in the country.

He kept walking as though in a daze, bumping into people and getting cursed at, because his lack of attention was making his body hit others that shared the road with him.

To show he was not there at all, he saw the street crossing sign as green not knowing it was still red. Lu Yi thought he heard voices shouting from a distance, but did not realize it was him they were trying to call out to, as he kept on walking on the cross walk to the other side, surrounded by blaring horns from angry motorists. None of them knew that he neither noticed nor cared to notice that he was the source of the panic and anger around him.

Meanwhile, the Zhang heiress was transported to Jishuxiang District Hospital, a government owned hospital, accompanied by the five prison guards that came with her to the courtroom, their purpose was to stand guard while she was receiving treatment, so that Zhang Mi will not escape out of the hospital. While, Zhang Tianyu was taken to Shupei Medical where he would later be transferred to their VVIP room. The security guards alerted Gao Yifeng of Zhang Tianyu's condition and together they chased after the ambulance conveying the President of Zhang Corporation, this was to keep abreast of his situation and protect his privacy from the press and others. A different security team was dispatched under the command of Gao Yifeng to pick Zhang Jie early from school straight for the Zhang manor, in order to protect her from the venomous claws of the press.

There was someone whose family could not wait for them to return, taking unfavorable side that could potentially be damaging to the family's reputation, was not something that could be condoned at all.
