"President Zhang! President Zhang! Where is viewing taking place?!"

The moment Gao Yifeng heard the closing speech of Zhang Tianyu, he placed a call to have the car moved from the back parking space to the front of the building, that way they could easily get in and avoid prolonged contact with the press.

Many of the reporters ran after Zhang Tianyu to hear his response, but surprisingly the person that replied was not him but his aide, Gao Yifeng.

"Miss Zhang will remain at Zhang villa until seven of the next morning and her body moved to its final resting place at the Zhang family's burial site, only close family and business associates are welcome to attend, the press must remain at a respectful distance, to allow the dignity the late heiress deserves. Inappropriate shooting and taking of pictures will be face a potential lawsuit from Zhang Cooperation!"

Zhang Tianyu was surprised that his aide took charge of the situation, his weary body was starting to ache all over from the strain of giving a press conference and witnessing the sorry state of his dead niece. The pounding in his head was becoming more intense the longer he was bombarded by the raised voices surrounding him.

"We are heading back home, I'm done for the day. Tomorrow we will go to Zhang villa to pay my final respect to Mi and tie loose ends while we are at it."

The President of Zhang Corporation came to a stop making way for his aide to catch up, before discreetly letting the other man know of what their day will be like the next day.

"As you wish President Zhang."
The curt reply from Gao Yifeng made the brows of Zhang Tianyu to lift slightly, making him take a closer look at his aide to read what he meant by such a response. The face of the other man was pretty much dead, not a trace of emotion flickered in his eyes.

By now the press had closed in on them, prompting Zhang Tianyu to resume his walk out of Zhang Corporation to return to Zhang Manor. On getting outside, the sky was a lighter shade of blue with a promise of a deeper shade emerging from within, as the sun was now almost completely buried in them. The press conference lasted over half an hour not counting the time that was spent preparing for it.

"Good evening President Zhang."

One of the men under Zhang Tianyu's security team, whom Gao Yifeng had called to meet them at the front of Zhang Corporation, stood waiting for them by the passenger's side, curtseying when he saw the President of Zhang Corporation approaching with his aide.

Gao Yifeng hurried to open the door to back seat for Zhang Tianyu, before closing it after him. It was only after this that the other driver handed over the keys to the aide. No words was exchanged between the two, as Gao Yifeng entered the driver's seat to set the car in motion in the direction of Zhang manor.

Zhang Villa

Director Ko was on and about doing his job as a funeral expert, pulling the table that was close to the wall of the room to set it by him, as he began working on the "body" of Zhang Mi, former heiress of Zhang Corporation.

Taking apart his suitcase which revealed layers of makeup choosing only natural colors to apply on her pale face, a blush was also dabbed on both cheeks, before then he took out wads of wipes to mop her face clean.

The whole room at the stench of makeup in the air, afterwards he took out several vials of concentrated scent which he brewed from a special lab at the funeral home, an hobby he took on during his years of working in the funeral business. Applying them lightly at several visible pressure points, starting from the head and working his way downwards.

Director Ko beckoned with his hands for the butler and maids to assist him in lifting the Zhang heiress into the coffin that was placed a close distance from the bed, taking the table away to create room for them to safely put her in.

"I need you to help me put Miss Zhang into the coffin."

"..."

The glass lid of the casket was already opened, the moment he walked into the room where the "body" was to set it down.

The six of them nodded at the request made by the somewhat eccentric looking man, whose appearance was the very opposite of solemnity, a clear construct of what the situation they were in was, it was as if he was attending a birthday or some joyful occasion, rather than taking care of the "dead" as they were informed.

Taking position at the front, side and foot of the bed, they all bent to carefully lift their young miss, slowly walking towards the coffin on the clear marble floor of gray.

The descent of the Zhang heiress into the expensive casket was a slow one, s neither wanted her appearance to be marred by their carelessness. Arms that held her from underneath, finally released themselves when they saw that she was in properly placed facing upwards in a supine position, as they stood upright shortly after. The funeral director noticed hands were not yet in crossed across the midriff. An ancient custom that is still being practiced till date.

"It's all done! You can can now step back!"

The saccharine tone that the funeral director used on the maids and butler made them stiffen in discomfort, subtly avoiding meeting the gaze of the somewhat strange looking man and the annoying way he went about treating their young miss and them, as though they were a piece of furniture.

"Is there anything else you will like us to do..."

The words of the butler was cut short by the raised hand of Director Ko, which seemed to tell him to hold the thought for later. Diving into the bouquet of flowers that lay side by side with suitcase.

"Is there a scissors or shears that I can use?!"
"Which one do you need?"
The older of the five maids asked Director Ko of his preference.

"Which of them is easier to get your hands on?!"

The tone remained unchanged, but this time they chose to dismiss his attitude. The maid that spoke excused herself to bring a pair of scissors from the kitchen. Written all over their faces was an expression that read, "Goodness gracious! It's going to be a long night!"

Arms that usually remained at their side, was now folded across their chest to show the displeasure they felt about the ridiculous request made by the funeral director.
