After Callum dropped Song Qiao back at the office, she tried to enter DX's room but the door was locked. The secretary informed her, "President Du is having a meeting now."
Thinking that it was normal, Song Qiao merely let it be. However, when she knocked on DX's door a few hours later, she realized that it was still locked.
Curious, she asked the secretary if DX was inside.
"President Du is still in the meeting with Ms. Zhen," replied the secretary.
"What time did they start the meeting?"
"Around 2.30pm."
Song Qiao glanced at her watch and frowned, "It's 5 pm now. What kind of meeting are they having inside?"
The secretary lowered her voice, "Ms. Song. I'm only telling you this but I heard that President Du is trying to decide whether to keep Ms. Zhen here. They are probably having negotiations inside."
"Are they close?"
The secretary thought about it for a moment before shaking her head, "Not really. I have never seen Ms. Zhen hanging out with anyone other than Mrs.Smith. Well, and also Mr. Ki Hong."
Song Qiao nodded. She thanked the secretary before going back to her own room. Somehow, she felt uncomfortable with this 'Ms. Zhen'. For some reason, she did not like the woman. Even if Callum liked her, she thought that he could do better than someone like Kai Xin.
