The refracted light from the warm late morning sun shone in through the sliding doors of the balcony and landed on the face of the two lovers who were sleeping. A peaceful and contented look can be seen from their face as they held onto each other.
'Chirp! Chirp! Chirp!'
The sound of the bird chirping woke one of them up.
Kai Xin stretched slightly as to not disturb her lover. When she felt the pain all over her body, she groaned. After last night, her back felt as if it was on the verge of breaking.
"No...Stay..." The man next to her murmured in his sleep as he unconsciously grabbed her waist and pulled her closer.
Kai Xin turned to look at him and her heart ached at the sight of him.
In less than one night, he seemed to have lost weight and there were dark circles underneath his eyes, and his usually neat hair looked more like a bird nest than anything else.
His body was sticky with sweat and so was hers.
She could feel him inside of her and she gently pulled it out and gave it a little pat and in a low voice, she praised it, "Good job last night..."
She glanced at the antique clock on the wall and realized that it was almost twelve in the afternoon.
As she softly pushed his curls up and away from his eyes, she kissed his chin as she thought, "He must have fallen asleep from exhaustion..."
They went for so many rounds that Kai Xin was starting to think if he might actually be of a completely different species together.
Even though they had done this before, it was completely different.
They would usually take their time and alternate the slow tease with the hard thrust, but yesterday was hard all the way!
"Don't go, Kara..." He murmured in his sleep as he pulled her closer. Kai Xin could smell his scent and she smiled.
He smelled of sweat and sex...and her. It should be gross but at that moment, all she can think was that he had the loveliest scent ever.
With a whimper, she sighed as she looked at his beautiful face before leaning in and kissed his on the lips.
"I'm not going anywhere, DX..."
He smiled in his dream and loosen his grip. Kai Xin gently pulled herself away and as she was doing so, she placed a pillow in his arm.
Like a child, he was tricked by the exchange. He lifted the pillow up to his chin and hugged it as he continued to sleep.
She smiled at him and when she got out of the bed, she stopped by the mirror to take a quick look at her body.
Her face was glowing but her body was completely covered in bruises and love bites.
Normally, she would throw a fuss if he left the marks on somewhere obvious, but since he did a great job satisfying her yesterday, she decided to let it be.
Her image as a lawyer can be damned.
She grabbed the comforter from the floor and wrapped it around herself as she walked around the room.
She smiled when she saw a family photo of him, the twins, Callum and his mother.
When she heard a low rumble, she went to the balcony and watched as two Rolls Royce drove in and stopped by the main door.
Jack came out from the first car and Lyle came out from the second. Both of them appeared to be in a fight as they were glaring at each other when they got out of the car.

DX woke up shortly after Kai Xin left the bed. He had been watching her quietly as she checked out the room.
He liked it when her guards were down around him. As he watched her, he hoped that she would eventually break out of the walls she bad built.
He tried to move around but to be honest, even though he exercised often, he had trouble feeling his thighs. After all the heavy duty exercising he did last night, he had expected himself to be half dead.
So as to not embarrass himself by accidentally falling in front of her, he just propped himself up on his side and watched her.
He watched as she suddenly looked down the balcony and wondered what she found interesting.
Just as he was about to call out, he saw her ducked down and crawled back into the room on all fours.
Kai Xin heard a chuckle and raised her head. When she saw him looking at her with amusement written on his face, she cleared her throat and stood up.
Rubbing her nose, she asked haughtily, "What?"
He shrugged and patted the bed, "Come here."
Like a puppy, she went to him and sat by his side.
He laid back down on his back and looked up at her with puppy eyes as he asked, "No morning kisses? I did spent the entire night serving you."
Kai Xin smiled at his childishness. To reward him, she tucked her hair back behind her ears before leaning down to kiss him.
