As everyone tried to digest what the boy had just exclaimed, there was a moment of silence.
It was so quiet that they can hear a pin drop.
Jack tugged on his father's sleeve and sheepishly asked, "Erm...Dad?"
"Yeah?"
Jack glanced at the boy as he whispered, "I think you need to have the big boy talk with Grandma again. You know, using protection and whatnot."

DX glanced at Kai Xin and when he saw her blank look, he started to feel a little fearful.
Anything would be better than her getting upset.
He glanced at the little boy who was crying. If he was an adult, it would be easier to handle.
However, the one standing in front of them was an innocent boy and he was too old to be picking on a kid.
Clearing his throat, DX asked, "Stop it! I only have two sons. How can you be my son?"
The little boy cried louder, "Mum said you were naughty. That's why I'm here. You are a bad person!"
When she noticed the few stray strands of white hair hidden underneath the boy's cap, she had a feeling that she knew the boy's mother.
Kai Xin chuckled as she thought, "This is totally her..."
DX was about to say something when she went forward to hug the little boy to comfort him.
"There, there. Your father is just a little scared."
DX called out to her weakly, "I'm not the father. Really...He looks nothing like me. You have to believe me."
He turned to Lyle but Lyle ignored him.
When Kai Xin saw his nervous looking face, she laughed out loud, "Gosh! You should see your face, President Du!"
To the little boy, she smiled, "It's Quinn right?"
The little boy glanced up at her and nodded shyly, "How did you know my name?"
Kai Xin leaned forward to tell him her name.
When he heard that, he gasped and whispered, "You are my Godmother? Why are you dressed like that?"
She winked at him and whispered, "It's a long story. I'll tell you later. Call me K for now."
She then cleared her throat and picked Quinn up, "DX, stop worrying. I won't get upset about you having another son. After all, you and I are both men who cannot have children together."
DX's face was completely drained of color. Kai Xin was scarily calm. She was giving him one of her fake smile.
He gulped as he thought about the storm that might come soon.
"He's really not my son!"
Kai Xin went forward and placed the boy on DX's arms, "Take your son and bring him in. I will deal with you later."
As he watched her walked into the house, he blamed himself for being reckless when he was young.
Looking at the boy, he frowned. There was no resemblance at all. He looked at the little guy and thought suspiciously, "Is this really my son?"
While praying in his heart, he asked with a glimmer of hope, "Are you sure that your father is not Callum Shenlong Xun?"
Quinn shook his head and smiled, "Nope. Mummy said that my daddy is Du XiAn."
DX muttered a curse.
Quinn gave him an evil eye before loudly announcing to the world, "DADDY SAID FUCK!"
When he saw the servants shaking their head at his choice of word, he had a mind to fire them all for eavesdropping.
He brought the kid in and placed him on the couch before asking sternly, "Who is your mother?"
"She said you should know. How many women have you slept with?"
The twins face-palmed themselves when they heard the kid asked that.
It was embarrassing to know that their father was such a careless man.
Then again...If it was not for his carelessness, they would not be here.
Meanwhile, DX tried to recount all the women he had slept with between 6 to 10 years ago just to make sure that he did not missed anyone.
Kai Xin joined them with a plate of sliced apples and asked, "Are you guys still playing around?"
He looked at her with a forlorn look as he explained,
"K, I really didn't do it. The twins' mother was the last woman I was with without using protection. I swear!"
Kai Xin ignored him and placed the plate on the coffee table.
He thought she was angry at him. To his surprise, she suddenly pulled him down and kissed him.
She chuckled, "You silly man..."
When DX looked at her oddly, she pulled Quinn's cap away revealing a head of curly black hair with a thick white streak right above his forehead.
DX thought he looked familiar.
Those mischievous black eyes that was hidden within a combination of black and white lashes reminded him of someone.
"You still can't remember?" sighed Kai Xin. She carried the kid up in her arms before saying, "This is Layla's kid."
DX frowned, "But Layla's kid is -"
He noticed Kai Xin was winking towards his twins who were standing behind her.
She cleared her throat and said, "Little Quinn is playing the same game now."
"Ah."
Everything was clear now. This must be something Layla taught the kid.
DX took Quinn from Kai Xin's arms and lightly flicked her forehead, "You scared me."
"Mummy said that you were bad," pouted the little girl as she rubbed her forehead.
She then turned to Old Mo and ordered, "Bring me my bag! It's in the box!"
Old Mo quickly followed her order.
DX chuckled softly, "That is totally Layla."
"I expect no less from her kid," said Kai Xin as she ruffled the kid's hair.
The last time she saw her, Quinn was almost 5 years old. She should be almost 8 years old now.
When Old Mo came back, the little girl scrambled down from Kai Xin's laps and went to take something out of her bag.
It was a magazine with a frontpage cover of DX kissing 'K'. In addition, she also gave him a letter from Layla.
"Mummy thought you were cheating on my..." Quinn glanced at K and cutely waved at her,
"...Anyway, she thought you were cheating and sent me to punish you. This is her letter."
