Frustrated, he punched the wall until his knuckles turned red.
When he saw the blood that was on his fully alert and throbbing member, he cursed and quickly washed it off with cold water.
Kai Xin sat on the bed.
Her lower body hurt from the assault she self-engineered earlier. She did not know why she did that.
She had never done that with the men that she was with previously.
Then again, she was the one who paid them.
"What is wrong with me..." thought Kai Xin, "I was the one who accepted his offer..."
Placing her head in her hand, she sighed loudly.
Maybe it was because of his status, but DX reminded her of them and whenever she thought about that, she found herself to be unable to treat him properly.
"Urgh!"
She looked up. Grunting sounds and heavy breathing came from the toilet.
Feeling bad for what she did, she went to the bathroom.
Without knocking, she turned the knob and the first thing she saw was him, bracing himself against the wall with his left hand as he worked himself using the right hand.
When he glared at her while his hand picked up the pace, for the first time since she met him, she thought of him as sexy.
Her breath quickened as she watched him.
With a guttural voice, he groaned before turning away from her, "Get out."
Kai Xin walked towards him. Along the way, she picked up some clean towels from the shelf.
Watching her beautiful body walking towards him, he felt the tremor that was about to come, and snapped, "What do you want? I said we can end the agreement!"
She placed the towels on the cold floor and knelt down in front of him. Then she gently took his hand away and replaced it with her own.
When she touched him, her hand which was slightly cold from the air caused him to twitch at the contact.
"W-What..."
Before he can finish his sentence, she took the head and licked it, sending with it a sensation that he wished it would never stop.
Then she twirled her tongue around the head.
With one hand tightly griped at the base, and the other working on his balls, she licked him from the base to the top.
When she glanced up at him, he buckled.

Once he was done cleaning up himself, he went to the living room to get the medical box and met her back in bed.
When she tried to resist him, he glared at her and told her to shut up and lie still.
With the flashlight from his phone, he checked on her lower part and winced when he saw the tear.
He sighed when he saw the blood that was still trickling out of her, "Why did you do that?"
Before she can reply, he sanitized his hands and cleaned her lower part with clean towels before putting ointment on the tear.
When she winced, he gently blew on it so that it would hurt lesser.
Kai Xin watched him as he worked on her injury.
As if something possessed her, she finally admitted, "I don't trust you."
DX was keeping away the stuff when he heard her. His movement halted for a second.
"It's alright. You can choose not to trust me."
Barking out a harsh laughter, she sneered, "I'd never trust you. You are just a man I contracted to have sex with every now and then, and you would be paying me for that."
He nodded, "Alright."
Angered at his lack of emotional response, she snarled at him, "Aren't you mad at me?"
"I was. When you intentionally hurt yourself and you made me your unwilling partner, I want to kill you."
"But then?"
He shrugged, "Then I figured. You are probably scared of something and you wanted to be the one who makes the shot."
He pulled up the comforter to cover her, before sitting next to her on the bed,
"Its alright to not trust a man like me but don't ever hurt yourself again. I'll be sleeping in the other room tonight."
He leaned down to kiss her but she turned her face away.
So, instead of her lips, he kissed her on the forehead and whispered, "Sweet dreams."
After he left, Kai Xin suddenly felt very lonely in the big room.
As she glanced around at the decor in the bedroom, she realized that it was filled with her favorite things.
The makeup stuff on the vanity table contained all her favorite brands and there was a full bottle of the perfume with daisy fragrance that she liked.
Hung on one of the wall was the picture of Charles Bridge taken during sundown. It was the exact photo that she had on as the wallpaper of her laptop.
She glanced down at the rose gold laptop on the nightstand and saw a stick-on that she failed to notice earlier. On it, it was written,
[Dear Kara, this laptop is for you in case you have urgent work, but don't overwork yourself.]
Staring at the laptop, she felt a heavy dose of guilt, especially when she thought about the way she treated him earlier and the things she said to him.
Ever since he strutted into Layla's office like he owned the place, she had been nothing but cold and mean towards him.
When he ordered her around on pretense of work, she did not just endure it and accept her fate.
No. She made sure that he knew she did it unwillingly.
Even though he was always acting all high and mighty, she realized that he was not really mean to her.
After about an hour of tossing and turning, Kai Xin left the bed, get changed, and went to get a drink.
When she saw him smoking at the balcony, she brought him a beer as an offering.
"For earlier."
"Thanks."
A moment of awkward silence later, she muttered an apology,
"You triggered some bad memories in me."
DX blew out a smoke before turning to her and said, "You don't have to apologize. I don't want to hear your sorry. What I want is to know what had happened to you."
When she caught a waft of the secondhand smoke, Kai Xin coughed, "N-Nothing."
DX realized she was coughing because of the smoke and he put it out.
He then led her back into the living room and as they sat down on the couch, he said gently,
"I know you have your own secrets and I would never intrude in your personal life. I'm willing to wait for you to tell me everything about yourself."
He then leaned forward, "...But know this, Ms Zhen, you are my woman."
She frowned, "Only for as long as I want."
He nodded, "Of course. But even if one day you were to leave me, you are still my woman."

She glanced down at the rose gold laptop on the nightstand and saw a stick-on that she failed to notice earlier. On it, it was written,

DX realized she was coughing because of the smoke and he put it out.
He then led her back into the living room and as they sat down on the couch, he said gently,
"I know you have your own secrets and I would never intrude in your personal life. I'm willing to wait for you to tell me everything about yourself."
He then leaned forward, "...But know this, Ms Zhen, you are my woman."
She frowned, "Only for as long as I want."
