Arriving at the abandoned building, the place was quiet and dark.
The team separated by twos as they quietly scanned each room in the place. All of them were wearing a bulletproof vest and had guns in their hand.
Nian Jiezhen was with Jeremy as she followed his lead while they scanned the place. It was until they entered a room that they saw a man wearing protective clothing, taking a video of a weak looking woman inside a cage.
"FBI! Put your hands in the air!" Jeremy shouted.
Sergio was surprised by the uninvited guests that entered his place. Instead of placing his hands up in the air, he rushed toward the other door to escape. Since Jeremy missed his shots, he ran after the suspect.
Jeremy started shooting toward him but Sergio was fast enough to leave the room.
"Help! Please help!" The woman that was in the cage cried out. She had messy hair and she looked so dirty.
Dale and Adeline arrived in the room after hearing the gunshots in a hurry.
"Ada, take care of her, call the ambulance. Dale, you come with me!" Nian Jiezhen ordered before she rushed to the other door to follow Jeremy and the suspect.
Cold sweats rolled down Nian Jiezhen's forehead as she hurriedly looked for her group member. Even though she has dealt with a number of cases, whenever it came to this, she couldn't help but get worried.
"I got him!" Jeremy shouted from a room.
Nian Jiezhen and Dale hurriedly went to the room and saw Jeremy with Sergio who had his hands cuffed.
Nian Jiezhen inwardly sighed in relief. She looked at Jeremy and smiled. "Let's get going."
Dale laughed lightly, "All that body training you went through was worth it."
Nian Jiezhen laughed lightly, "Next time, you need to put more work on your shooting skills, Jem."
Jeremy rolled his eyes. He was the newest member in the group although his skills in fighting was a bit rough, Jeremy was a genius when it came to other things, especially in human behavior.
When Nian Jiezhen went out of the room, her eyes went wide in surprise and she suddenly felt a pain in her stomach. The man had stabbed her with a knife.
The man smirked at her before he pulled away and started running away.
"Jiezhen!" Dale hurriedly went out and caught Nian Jiezhen in his arms.
Arnold and George arrived shorty, "What happened?"
"Go...!" Nian Jiezhen shouted. "He has a partner! Go!"
Arnold and Dale hurriedly went to follow the other suspect while George accompanied Jeremy. He guarded Sergio while Jeremy was trying to stop the blood from flowing out any further.
Does Sergio have a partner? How could they miss that out? Every evidence they found pointed out to only one person! Could it be that Sergio's partner was an observer and Symphoraphiliac like him?

Nian Jiezhen and the victim, Fiona Palin was brought to the hospital while Sergio was brought to the local PD for questioning since his partner was able to escape.
It was only later that day that Nian Jiezhen found out from her companions that Adeline, one of their members died since she encountered Sergio's partner earlier than Nian Jiezhen.
They never expected things to turn out that way. If they knew that Sergio had a partner, they would be more careful. They all blame themselves for what happened to Adeline and because of that, they swore to themselves that they would catch that person.
Meanwhile, because of the deep wound Nian Jiezhen gained, she was given a break to rest despite her wanting to continue on working.
Nian Jiezhen went back to her place in Milan, Italy to have her small break there though while she was there, she continued on working on the case, trying to find out who Sergio's partner was.
