Wiz, who had been shouted at, wanted to say that Yukina was being unreasonable. Why was it that when he took the same actions as she had some time ago, she became angry?
~ Wiz’s Point of View ~
Mu~. I puffed my cheeks. Nearby, Yuris disrespectfully told me, “Please. Don’t puff your cheeks if you’re a male. It feels disgusting.” Was I really a prince? This treatment was too rude.
~ Narration/Yukina’s Point of View ~
Looking at such a skit, Yukina was in the middle of a breakdown. The story I thought had continued smoothly (?) stopped just now. Oh, great. If this continued, then my actions earlier, where I left Yuris and directed the meeting with Lilith, would have had no meaning! Having my servant look at me as if saying “What’s with this person?” was pretty damaging, you know! Now, I just received that damage for nothing!
“This can’t be happening…”
In desperation, I tried to recall Lilith’s actions and the location Wiz was supposed to be from the opening. No matter what, I must do something to make Lilith’s and Wiz’s encounter succeed, even if it’s from willpower or something false. I made up my mind.
After playing my memories over and over again, I finally found it. And once I realized that it was on the rooftop, I grabbed both of their hands and began to run. At this point, I no longer had the modesty of a lady on my mind. Rather, we wouldn’t make it in time for the scene if we didn’t run. Wiz and Yuris directed their shocked eyes towards me, but there was no time to worry about it. Each minute was precious.
“Yukina-sama is going madー!”
“Don’t shout with that expressionless face. It’s disgustingー!”
“Listen up. The two of you, runー!”
As the three shouted respectively, the party headed towards the rooftop.

~ In Yukina’s Head ~
Lilith, who transferred, was full of anxiety (May be Modified). Usually, they headed to the dormitory they were assigned to carry in their luggage, but she became lost due to the size of the school.
She unintentionally teared up and could only stand there nervously. As her anxiety grew stronger, tears finally slid down her cheeks… and at that moment, there was a sudden voice.
“……Who’s there?”
It was not too low, nor was it too high. It was a voice that made her relax as she listened to it. Already lost in a place with nobody around, she could not put the fear she felt into words. Lilith breathed a sigh of relief as the footsteps on the bright tiles came closer, even though it was a person she should not have been familiar with.
The one who appeared was a boy who had hair that appeared to be a blue even deeper than the color of the deep sea. As his eyes, which were as clear as jade, looked at Lilith, she once again swallowed the breath that she had just breathed out. How pretty. A blue even more beautiful than anything she had ever seen before.
The boy looked at Lilith, who was holding her breath. For a moment, his eyebrows twitched, but he didn’t say anything and simply got closer to look. It was only after staring at him for a while that she realized he was waiting for her answer to his question from earlier.
“U, um, my name is Lilith. I’m terribly sorry but, would you tell me the way to the dorm……” (TL: By the way, she did not finish talking and was going to say “Will you show me” since Japanese wording format is different)
“Ara, Yuris? I wonder what you are doing, separated away from me?”
After talking to that point, she suddenly heard a voice coming from behind. Without being directly told, Lilith immediately understood that the owner of this voice had a domineering personality. It had been a long time since she had felt a presence this strong. Lilith reflexively touched her ear and hid her face, which she believed had turned blue. With her eyes hidden behind her bangs, Lilith looked towards the voice. It was a girl.
The girl lightly brushed her wavy hair and looked at Lilith… no, at the boy. She glared at the boy, but he did not lose. He confronted at her, looking as if he had swallowed something bitter.
“I am sorry, Yukina-sama. It seems like this person was lost.”
Saying that, the boy lowered his head to the girl… “Yukina-sama.” Yes, and the girl, who appeared amused, looked towards Lilith. The tears that had been held back due to meeting the boy, once again, returned.
“I-, I’m terribly sorry. I just transferred today. My name is Lilith. A-, and since I didn’t know how to get to the dormitory… he showed me the way…”
“Ara, since there isn’t a family name, I guess you are a commoner, right? To think that you called out to my servant despite being a commoner.”
Without hiding her scorn, “Yukina-sama” spat out those words. The voice was filled with negative emotions towards Lilith. Lilith spontaneously bit her lips. She had just transferred and had barely started moving in. From the way she was speaking, “Yukina-sama” was a high-ranked aristocrat. Lilith was really unlucky. To continue going to this academy, you must not go against the higher rank. She remembered the sour words of her uncle and shut her mouth.
“……Yukina-sama. It is almost time for breakfast.”
Suddenly, even faster than “Yukina-sama”, who looked like she was about to say something else, the boy softly made a suggestion. Raising her eyebrows at him, she agreed while wondering about something. She then turned around without scolding the boy. After several steps, she looked back without turning around.
“My name is Yukina Derufes. …Remember that, commoner.”
Lilith saw her off absentmindedly. By Derufes, she was referring to the super influential duke’s household. She wasn’t simply a high-ranked aristocrat. She was someone even bigger. Realizing she was the daughter of the most influential person in the country, Lilith’s face turned deathly pale.
Yuris, who was quietly looking at Lilith, gently reached out to wiped away the tear floating in the corner of her eyes.
“The dorm is around the right corner, after heading straight down this road. …My name is Yuris. Lilith-san, let’s meet again.”
After saying that, Yuris followed after Yukina-sama. Lilith watched him until he was far in the distance.

What a mess this original opening story of “Nanairo Gakuen”(TL: Seven Colored Academy/Rainbow Academy) has become.(When Yuris appears) Going up the stairwell that connected to the roof, Yukina started to recall that story. Without realizing, she had started to escape reality after the huge shock. (TL: Of her failure)
And now, Yukina returned. …I did not say those words in such a manner. Rather, Lilith told me her name, but I didn’t even tell her mine.
……Yukina decided to not think about it anymore.
Finally, the door appeared in front of Yukina, who had taken the shortcut over the railing. The emergency exit, with it’s shining green door, was similar in any country. …Rather, this even crossed into another world.
Kii, (TL: Sound of the door) the door made a rusty sound as it opened gently. Looking around the spacious rooftop, I saw Lilith holding onto the fence and looking down at the town. ……Yeah. After all, this academy was pointlessly tall. It was so tall that the first time I looked down, I thought I could fly if I did a long run and jumped down from it.
However, all right. Somehow, we managed to catch up with Lilith. Panting, I pulled the cuffs of Wiz’s uniform and moved closer to his ear.
“Wiz, please get along with Lilith-san.” (TL: Or become friends with)
A prince who was breathing roughly is totally suspicious, but this was Wiz we’re talking about. He could probably do something with his fighting spirit. I pushed Wiz, who looked like he wanted to say something, from behind and purposely made a sound to attract Lilith’s attention. After that, I winked at him and closed the door. ……But of course, I left a small opening. (TL: To peek at them, like always)
“Yes, mission accomplished!”
No one knew about me secretly doing a gut pose.
Yuris: “My presence.”
Author: “Sorry, honestly. Forgot you were together with her. Ｗｗｗｗ” (TL: ｗ means Warai or to laugh)
