"Damage Report."

"Sir, 37% of the city is damaged and needs immediate attention. The western border has been completely destroyed and that large hole near the border needs to be dealt with."

Even though Rito's threat had been removed, the destruction of the Western Border was quite a heavy loss for the B City.

Taking a deep breath, the Major tapped on the desk and pointed out.

"What about that guy?"

"The Hero Association has taken the matters into their own hands and refused to let out any information about that person. But they have sent a message that they will soon send units to repair the city."

The soldier replied promptly.

"Hero Association... tch."

The Major scowled and gave his orders.

"Alright, I need every unit going through the city to preserve order. If anyone commits robbery, quirk or quirkless, you all have my permission to take down that criminal.

In such a time, until everything is sorted out, we cannot afford to go soft on criminals."

"Yes!"

The soldier saluted and immediately walked out.

"Move, or you will be moved."

Standing outside a hospital ward, Saitama looked at the little girl standing in front of him looking at him with an annoyed expression.

"Who's... kid is this?"

He pointed at Tatsumaki and shouted in the corridor, immediately attracting the fierce glares from the overworked nurses and frustrated patients.

"Tatsumaki, you cannot enter this room. The Association has decided to handle the matter discreetly."

A Black-haired middle-aged man with a tired expression walked towards them and spoke out as he politely nodded at Saitama and handed him a file.

"What's this?"

Saitama asked with a puzzled expression.

"This is your Hero Contract. If you sign this, you will gain your Hero Licence belonging to S-Class."

"Hey! I said, let me meet Rito!"

Tatsumaki shouted.

Every S-Class hero was informed about Rito and his quirk. This was done to quickly mobilise a team of S-Class Heroes if he ever goes berserk. After all, he went toe-to-toe with All Might and even destroyed the western border in his berserk state.

If the Hero Association did not create an immediate response team then it would be weird.

"Ah, thank you. Saitama accepted the pen and paper and signed it on the spot and returned the documents to the kind man.

Aizawa Shota aka the Eraserhead shook his head and immediately activated his quirk and removed Tatsumaki's powers.

"He is in a serious condition right now. His internal injuries are being treated while Recovery Girl treated his physical injuries. He isn't even conscious, so you will stay away from Rito Yuuki.

These are the orders and this time, the association is serious."

Aizawa handed out the remaining document to Tatsumaki and if she actually read it with a calm mind, she would also understand the Association's decision.

Going through the document quickly, she couldn't help but frown and look at the annoying bald man in front of him.

"Tch."

With her powers returned, she simply flew away while Saitama looked perplexed and asked out Aizawa.

"Hey, can you allow a kid to roam in the hospital like that?"

"She isn't a kid and she is also an S-Class Hero, just like you and me.

Well, I will be going. Thank you for staying here till now... Mr. Saitama."

Nodding politely, Aizawa took his leave while Saitama simply leaned back on the door.

"It's not like... I am busy or anything..."

He sighed.

But Aizawa had already left and it felt like he was talking to himself.

"But who could have thought that a kid will give me such a good fight."

His expression brightened at the thought of previous battle. His heartbeat increased its pace ever so slightly when he recalled the exchange yesterday night.

If not for Rito, Saitama felt that his entire trip would've been wasted.

"What?"

Mikan almost shouted as she held Tatsumaki's shoulder in panic and started shaking her.

"You have to take me there! I want to see him!"

With the sudden monster tide defended against, the civilians were allowed to go back to their homes and those who had lost their homes stayed put in the shelters itself.

When the news of Rito's hospitalisation hit them, Lala and Mikan immediately wanted to visit him.

Shaking her head, Tatsumaki replied with an impassive gaze.

"Don't worry, he is fine. It's just that he is still unconscious and if his identity is exposed in such a sensitive time, there would be negative consequences."

"What do you mean?"

Lala frowned as she hugged Mikan's trembling body.

"I can't say that."

Tatsumaki slumped on the couch.

It was at this time, two figures entered the living room.

They were Tearju and Ryōko.

"Sigh, your sister is getting rest now and we managed to dress her wounds but I really think that you should take Fubuki to hospital."

Ryōko spoke with a clearly annoyed tone.

"Hmm? What's going on?"

Sensing the grim mood, she looked around in a confused expression and asked out.

"We just found about Rito's situation."

Lala replied with a low tone. Her cheerful attitude nowhere to be found.

"Where is he? Is he alright?"

Tearju immediately asked out and her concern was visible to everyone.

"He will be."

Tatsumaki replied in a soft tone as her sister's recovery did help to uplift her mood.

"Tatsumaki... hic... when can I see him?"

Mikan struggled out of Lala's hug and asked out with tears streaming down her face.

From the moment she recalled her first memory, it was always Rito that stayed by her side. Their parents, to give a good life and also accomplish higher goals in their careers moved out but they never stopped thinking about their family.

Even then, there was a clear difference in how Mikan felt about her parents and Rito himself.

To her, Rito was something more than a brother and a father. He was already an incredibly important part of her life and finding about his injuries reduced her to tears.

"After he wakes up, I am sorry."

Even Tatsumaki couldn't keep her impassive expression as she looked at Mikan.

"Maybe I can take a look at him?"

Ryōko suddenly spoke out and the remaining trio looked at Fubuki for answers.

"No, you cannot. The Association has passed down the orders and nobody, not even his own family can meet him at this moment."

The living room fell into a painful silence once again.
