He didn't even bother saying "Thank you", but directly threw out the words "Take the change". Then they turned around and headed for the lobby.
Lu Jinnian hailed a taxi by the side of the road, pulled the doors, and glanced over at Qiao Anhao. He said in a frigid voice, "Get in."
With that, Qiao Anhao let go of Lu Jinnian's hand and climbed into the car. Then, as though she was afraid Lu Jinnian would suddenly close the car door on her and walk off, she quickly pulled onto his sleeve, yanking him into the car with her.
