Once Ahri entered into the bar, everyone went silent and stared at her curiously…

Ahri didn't care much about their gaze and walked over to Caesar, "can I sit next to him?" she asked Leo politely.

"Y-yes empress!"

Leo scooted to the right and let Ahri take his seat, she sat down elegantly and stared at Vivan with provocation.

Caesar leaned towards her and put his lips close to her ear, "you don't seem to be in a very good mood, darling" he whispered quietly so that the others couldn't hear him.

"Hmph, what are you doing here?" Ahri snorted and asked bitterly.

Caesar glanced around the room curiously for a few seconds before turning back toward Ahri "Naturally I'm in the bar, to drink" he spoke with a sly smile plastered on his face which angered Ahri even more.

*slam*

Vivian loudly slammed down a glass of wine in front of Ahri, effectively interrupting what looked to be, Caesar and her lovers' quarrel.

"Is this what you meant by 'everything'" Vivan asked Caesar with a knowing smile.

Caesar studied her expression and fluctuations of mana within her body, however, he could not detect any ill intent or bad feelings.

"Oi, why are you staring at my wife so seriously?" Faust broke Caesar out of his thought and patted him on the shoulder.

"No reason, in particular, I was just admiring her beauty" Caesar replied without thinking about the Vixen to his right.

"Hmph, too bad she's already married you scoundrel" Ahri spoke coldly while sipping her glass of wine.

A wry smile suddenly appeared on Caesar's lips, he was curious as to how Ahri even figured out where he was.

*slam*

Suddenly, Faust slammed the table with his glass of flame nectar and smiled in gratification… "I must thank you, Caesar, no one was willing to send my son out to battle because he was too young, but now, he can finally become a man!" he interrupted everyone with his drunken ramblings.

"Where is he going to battle at? Is it safe?" Vivan asked worriedly.

"Haha, don't worry… He's going to ambush the trolls once they try and abduct the kobold women" Faust said reassuringly while filling up his glass with more flame nectar, himself.

"Well, at least it's an easy mission… I'm surprised he got sent out to battle on the first meeting he attended" Vivan spoke with astonishment.

Caesar opened his eyes wide at her words and entered into deep contemplation.

"You better hope my son comes back safely mister strategist haha," Vivan said jokingly while chuckling.

*screech*

Caesar suddenly stood up from his bar stool and faked an expression of being completely under the influence.

"Where is the kobold clan located?" he asked while slurring

"Hehe, you can really hold your alcohol, but, even the mightiest fall sooner or later" Vivan chuckled gently and pointed north.

"The Kobold clan is to the north, about a two hours walking distance" Ahri further explained.

"I see, well, I'm going to head to my room now" Caesar spoke while slowly walking toward the door.

Everyone looked at him curiously as he left, "perhaps he doesn't like the feeling of being drunk?" Leo asked curiously as he left.

"Who cares, let him sleep it off" Ahri responded coldly.

*slam*

Once Caesar closed the door behind him, his face immediately cleared up and his eyes were freezing cold.

He ran down the hallways of the mansion and headed to the outer gates, he ran as swiftly as he could, resulting in the floor beneath him to slightly crack with every step.

He soon reached the outer gates unnoticed and crouched down… he heavily launched off the ground and practically flew into the air.

*bang*

Fissures appeared on the ground where he launched off from, while in the air, he maneuvered his body to silently land on the outer wall.

He stealthily passed by the guards stationed on the wall, jumped down, and started running north… while running, he entered into deep thought.

'If Carlie's mother isn't the other spy, that means it's one of the other clan heads… And if it's not Charlie's mother, that would also mean the other spy would have no qualms about killing Charlie' he thought to himself bitterly.

Caesar stroked his chin while passed by the thick trees at an astonishing pace, his eyes wildly rotated as he dodged the nature blocking his path.

'If someone in that meeting warned the trolls right after, then that would mean Charlie and the 30 other elites would inevitably die, and the other clan heads, including Faust, would question my ability to lead… Resulting in making my position in the clan becoming shaky, which would also mean that Ahri would have to take some blame for bringing me in' Caesar thought inwardly.

Thinking to here, Caesar's eyes radiated a deep killing intent as he started to make even wider strides… If Ahri was taken accountable than she might have no choice but to offer herself to the troll prince, that is, of course on the presumption that her grandfather did nothing to assist her.

'How surprising, this is the first time since my rebirth that I've been played so thoroughly… I suppose this war between the trolls will be much harder to solve than I had initially thought'

Caesar continued running through the lush forest for about 20 more minutes until finally, he reached what looked to be a small fort.

He jumped on top of a tall tree and closely examined the surroundings encompassing the fort.

He could see little furry creatures walking on top of the walls carrying vigilant expressions, they looked quite cute, however, they could not be considered pretty.

Caesar scanned the road next to the fort thoroughly and could see a few carts moving toward the front gate of the small encampment, tall and lanky creatures were pulling the carts, they had bluish skin and long tusks hanging out from their mouths.

Caesar then raised his eyes and could see a few fox-kin men waiting in a bush just a few meters ahead of the carts.

"Sigh, it would appear I made it in time" Caesar breathed out a sigh of relief and couldn't help but gasp for breath… Running at full speed for 20 minutes was truly tiring.
