I feel conflicted if I should just continue running or cast my remaining Haste. The giants are more faster than I and a dozen steps is equivalent to half a step to these guys. Is Moonlight planning to kill me or what? I continue running for my life and although I keep on running for quite a distance already, there are no signs of civilizations at all. Am I doomed without the help?
My breath seems running out and my whole body seems to just work without stopping. Its a do or die thing. Around 1 hour of running, I felt my legs turn jelly. Prior to this, the longest time I did run was around 10 to 40 minutes after participating a marathon. This is inhumane since I can still rest during marathons and I don't need to push my luck to rush to the finish line while in this situation, I need to keep on running for quite a long time, sprinting full speed without knowing how far is the end that I know never existed.
I gritted my teeth in it. This was considered as one of the most troublesome things and I can't keep on casting another Haste or my mind will go to mana exhaustion state.
Gritting my teeth, I felt my legs giving up. They no longer able to continue on and I can feel them wobbling.
"F*ck!" I cursed before my legs tripped over due to the reason that I have no longer support to my own legs that are too tired to continue on.
I lay on the ground and as I waited for the giants to stomp on me, I closed my eyes. If Moonlight really don't save me, then I will be killed indeed.
