The rooftop is glowing blue but I am sure that this place is not part of the Diet Building. For Moonlight to do a magic gestures on the elevator to reveal the way to rooftop is quite elaborate to say that the place is for secrecy and not open for public. This means that this place is enclosed to the public eye and no one knows this place except for the Magicians themselves.
The whole rooftop is covered in the magic circle and unlike the Magic Circle that appeared earlier when Moonlight used Mass Teleport, this Magic Circle is twice bigger. Just like the first time we teleported, the three of us held hands together and Moonlight started chanting some sort of language I have no idea what. Its quite similar to a whisper that is why I can't hear whatever she is speaking. Itazura was somewhat calmer than expected. She did not even move around like a child who just saw a new toy but she was so behave that I see it as abnormal.
The process was longer than the first one. Moonlight chanted that language she was speaking for a few minutes before I saw a reaction to the Magic Circle itself. The rune circles of the Magic Circle floated above, and swirling clockwise in a fast pace. However, it was clear that only the sides floated and not the whole magic circle itself. Moonlight continued to chant and the next circle rose up in the air. Unlike the first magic circle that glow blue, this one glows yellow and rotates counter-clockwise, also, it stopped just below the blue circle. Moonlight did not stop and soon enough, I can feel the air turn heavy, the wind is blowing hard and the gravity pull is getting heavier. As soon as Moonlight speak a few more sentences, the third rune magic circle rise up in the air and just like the second, it stopped before it can reach the second circle and turns clockwise. Its color is bright green.
I am amazed but also terrified, this magic circle was so big that even Moonlight has to keep on uttering the chant to continue the activation of the chant. Its already long and it belonged to another language so I was perplexed. Will I also do that soon?
Soon enough, the fourth and final circle floated too, passing through our bodies and rose up just above our heads, glowing brightly red. It rotated counter-clockwise and exudes great pressure. I can see Moonlight having difficulty on maintaining it and after a few while, I noticed all Magic circles to rotate madly like those in clockworks where a certain function was triggered. The wind also blow too wild that I wonder if we are near a tornado or I am just imagining it.
Then, all of the magic circle glow brightly one by one, bathing the three of us with its different lights. Before my mind can process what is going on, the whole area glowed brightly white and all the surroundings disappeared in my view.

It lasted for at least 2 minutes before my eyes recovered. During that span of time, I held Itazura's hand a bit, afraid that before the Teleport to finish, I will be lost in a certain space. As my eyesight recovered, I soon discovered that we are high up in the air and we are standing into another building. Although this is not the building I was expecting to land, this was higher than what I expected. One glance and I know where I am.

And we are on the very top of the Tokyo tower. The surge of wind is great and you can feel yourself almost being dragged to the edge and fall. But heck, how come we arrived in Tokyo Tower so fast? And shit! Those who are afraid of heights will surely faint just by standing here.
Moonlight stopped and sits down into the floor as she try to catch her breath. Itazura mimicked Moonlight and also sits down into the floor. I approached Moonlight and noticed her pale lips. Her face is almost ashen white and devoid of life. According to Volta, this was the sign of the Mana Exhaustion.
"Are you okay?!" I asked her and hold her pulse. Her hands were cold and her pulse pulsated wildly.
"I... am alright...hah... I just exhausted... lots of mana..." Moonlight said as she tried to catch her breath. She can barely make her body stand up properly but she is hanging on.
"Are you sure you are okay?" I was worried at her. She was like in so much pain. Maybe that magic circle earlier made her so exhausted. I can see that the Teleport Magic Circle in Diet Building is not something to be taken lightly. The layers and the length of the chant she chanted earlier is not an easy feat, moreover, transporting us so far away.
"Don't worry...I can recover... after a few minutes of rest. Do not worry about me..." Moonlight said. It was clear that she was recovering but she is still having a hard time recovering her mana. She still looked pale but her complexion is much better than earlier when we just arrived.
Now I understand why Moonlight had to depart so early in the morning to go to the Council. It was due to the fact that it was tasking enough to maintain and also, the fact that the mana consumption of a single Magic circle consumes almost all of your mana dry, it will take a while before you can activate your next mana. So this is how taxing it was to properly reach the council?
"Why does the council need to be so elaborately be set up like this? Its so time and mana tasking," I commented.
"Everything has a reason young man and even this is all done for that reason. Even our meeting has a reason why we meet each other today, young lad," this was not Moonlight speaking but a voice of a man. I looked behind me and I saw a middle aged man around the age of 30 standing behind us with both his hands behind him. He has a dignified aura and a noble look. When I tried sensing his mana, I was stunned. He was overflowing with mana and from what Moonlight and Volta described, this was a high leveled rank of magician.
