Like on the Diet Building, the elevator has the same hidden button that will only appear once the proper hand gestures and magic casting is done. The elevator was quite getting longer to arrive the destination and since I can't see on the button that just appeared how long will the elevator descends, I was waiting for it to stop on one floor. The buttons on the elevator randomly blink, not allowing me to know what floor we are really currently in.

Although Moonlight said that we are underground, staring at the 'sky' of this area made me wonder if I was outside the outer space for me to see a nebula background. The stars twinkle and the colorful gases made me wonder if it is real gases or just illusion.
"What place is this?" I asked Moonlight.
"This is the place called the Mana Land. Although we are underground, this place is considered as one of the safest place a magician can enter. All of the things you are seeing are real, birds, tress, animals and whatever scenery you see is real here," Moonlight said and pick out one pink flower into the ground.
Itazura's eyes twinkled and she plays around, skipping playfully without care in the world. Since Moonlight said this place is called Mana Land, then this place must be abundant with mana. When I tried to activate the Mana Sense, my head hurts all of a sudden. Moonlight quickly supported me before I fall down and looked at me.

I thought that we would be walking to the area like an underground parking lot but my expectation was crushed. This place is more like a hidden paradise. Is this still the underground of Tsutenkaku Tower or not? Are we able to go to the other world? Many questions rose inside my mind and before I knew it, I realized that we are walking to an expanse filled with tall trees. However, these trees looks more like pillars. Every tree trunk has a runic engravings in them. Also, its not only us are here but a few more people are also here.
When I looked around, these people looked rich just by looking at their clothes. There were many of them that looks like they are going to the party.
"What is going on? So many people that are on formal attire. Is there anything that will happen later?" I asked Moonlight.
"Oh, many magicians are informed that the Oracle is going out so to meet with the great Oracle, they had to pay a visit," Moonlight answered.
"Have you seen this so called Oracle?" I asked to her. I am getting curious on who this Oracle that Zacharias and Moonlight are talking about.
"Only once. I did not really have the full privilege of seeing her. Zacharias is the only one who is able to see her whenever he wanted to," Moonlight said.
"Zacharias?"
"Oops, perhaps I said too much, anyways, you are lucky that the Oracle herself is going to meet with you. Only a few individual can take a look at her. We are getting late, we need to reach the Council at once," Moonlight dragged me and briskly walk to the crowd. Soon enough, in the middle of expanse of trees is a building that looks like the white house of USA is erected. But then, I wondered, how can this building be built underground. The three of us stood outside the building. When I was about to step in, I realized that Itazura and Moonlight are not following me.

I tried touching one but it just pass through me like it was just an ethereal object. I shrugged and decided to continue on. The place is huge but I can barely see any kinds of structure.
I keep on walking and arrived in a hallway. There are no doors so my destination is one way. It did not take me long to arrive on the very end. The end has a big door engraved with runic symbols and on the side are two statues with human bodies with dog heads. I remembered that this statue represent the God of Afterlife in Egypt, Anubis.
I stood in front of the door and was about to open the door when someone talked.
"State your name and business, young magician."
I was startled and looked around the place but no one is around.
"Is that a ghost talking?" I mumbled to myself but then, again, the voice muttered once again.
"Ghost exists but they are just ethereal beings. Unless they contain hatred and grudges, they can only scare you," the voice once again said.
I looked around frantically and noticed that one of the statues of Anubis is looking at me.
"Are you the one talking?" I pointed at the peculiar statue.
"Do you have a problem with a talking statue?"
I quickly shook my head.
"Then, state your name and your business to the council. Time is precious young man," the statue said.
"Ah... My name is Kazuma and I was invited here to get my Insignia and meet the Council of Magicians," I said.
"Ah, it is you, the. get in. They are waiting for you," the statue said and I heard a click sound.
I saw the door open on its own and I slowly got inside the room. Inside the room is a round table with 12 chairs around. The room also have 12 doors in them. On the twelve chairs are twelve people. To be precise, its six guys and six gals. All of them exude different auras of superiority.
"You are Kazuma right? You are in the presence of the Twelve Councilors. We are congratulating you for becoming a full- fledged magician. I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Zacharias, nice to meet you in reality."
