While the talent show « la France a un incroyable talent » kept going with the auditions, Sam and Rena were also busy on their side.
Sam was looking at videos of famous models and trying to mimic their walk, he had a month to be ready to walk in front of famous designers so he gave it his all, before the round two of the talent show he didn't have anything to do anyway.
He wouldn't be paid for his performance but he was given an opportunity to open a new road to fame for himself.
Meanwhile except coaching Sam sometimes Rena was busy working on the outfit she would present during the contest, she already had a few drawings ready and kept working hard, her prototypes looked like Chinese traditional clothes and she added her style to it making it contemporary and ancient looking at the same time. When he saw it first Sam felt like it was a weird mix but slowly he got used to it and started to like it, this mixture of old and new was actually refreshing.

Less than a week later, when the fourth episode of the show was shot the first episode would be diffused that same night.
Sam didn't lose time and called all his friends early to tell them about it so that they could free themselves, the friends he shared it with were only a few; he first called Eric to let him know, then he called Roland. He didn't use the guitar in the show but he felt like letting them know anyway, and finally he called Annie
« Hey Annie ! »
« Hey Sam, how is your trip so far ? »
« Very good ! Tonight is the diffusion of the first episode of « la France a un incroyable talent », have you heard about it ? »
« Yeah I did, on what episode will you be shown ? »
« I was auditioned amongst the first few so I'll probably be on the first episode, you should tell Em about it. »
« Really ?! Already ? Haha we'll watch it with all the family hahah, it's the week end so even the kids can stay up to watch it until the end. »
« It's embarrassing... this will be the first impression your parents will have about Em's big brother. »
« Don't worry haha she already showed them your YouTube channel. »

He also published a photo of him in front of the « La France a un incroyable talent » sign that he had asked someone to take for him before leaving the recording studio that day, on Instagram and labeled it « Tonight 8:45 PM I'll be on « la France a un incroyable talent » don't miss my performance. »
In less than 20 minutes he already had more than a thousand likes, his fans didn't lose time and shared the post everywhere they could, an hour later he went past the ten thousand likes.
He was already starting to build up a fan base, people that were following him on both YouTube and Instagram were already solid fans, those that followed him only on one of them could be made into fans but would require hard work, this appearance in the TV show was his chance to get more fans and to solidify a few of the not hardcore fans.
8:30 PM Sam was still in the design school with Rena and a few of her classmates each working on their things, he had asked earlier if he could turn on the TV that was on the room and they all agreed, they were used to watch it together to reset their mindset and work more efficiently.
The show started, the first few contestants started to pass one by one, it wasn't great but it could at least be entertaining. Sam also kept an eye on the TV waiting for his turn but didn't stop training.
Finally a bit after 9PM he appeared on screen, everybody there turner around to look at him. He was expecting that reaction as he didn't tell them why he wanted to watch the show, he stopped what he was doing and sat down to watch.
First they showed an interview of him, he was asked where he came from, what he did in life and why he came here, his answer was very simple : « I want to become famous and make money.» He had asked at the time if he could talk about his YouTube channel but it wasn't allowed so he just let it be and told them whatever came to his mind.
Then there was a plan of him being accompanied on stage by the MC, finally he was greeted by the judges and started his performance, at this moment everybody he knew was watching the show to see him, he had a small pinch on the heart due to the pressure but he soon forgot about it when he remembered how he'll he had performed.
The slow piano started, Sam was holding the mic and waiting for it to stop, then

His voice sounded but before anyone had the time to react or say something the intro was over and the song started
« His palms are sweaty,
Knees weak, arms are heavy
There is vomit on his sweater already
Mom's spaghetti... »
Everybody in the room and everybody watching the show got caught in the rhythm and started weaving their heads with it, nobody in the room expected that the guy that was learning how to walk in the same room as them for a week was actually such a great artist.
« Wow you are a great rapper ! »
« Nothing much, you should check out my YouTube channel. »
Sam said, recently he never missed a chance to promote his YouTube channel, he felt like even one more fan could make the difference, if someone became his hardcore fan and kept pestering his friends or family to listen to him that could make his fan base grow.
When they saw that the golden buzzer was pressed, everybody was surprised in the room while Sam's phone started ringing. It was Eric calling him
« Hey ! What the heck you could have told me earlier that you got the golden buzzer ! I was so surprised that I spit the water I was drinking on my dad ! »
« Hahahahah I'll treat you to a meal to apologize ! »
« Anyway congratulations brother ! I knew you could do it ! »
« Thanks bro, I appreciate it. »
Eric wasn't the only one calling to congratulate him, Em also called while in the background he could hear Annie and Jin screaming for him to hear their congratulations.

"Wow I heard you sing on the streets But I didn't know you could also rap !"
Rena said after Sam was done with his friends's calls.
"I have multiple talents haha."
He said it as a joke but he himself knew that it was the truth, he already had lots of talents and would get way more as time passes.
"Hey Sam you didn't tell us the name of your YouTube channel !"
Said one of the students, he had told them about it but was called by Eric so he forgot to tell them the name of the channel.
"Oh right, it's my name : Sam Petit."
