People says that time pass faster when you are busy, this weak was probably the busiest Sam had had since a very long time.
First he spent lots of time with Rena to think of an outfit, they tried lots of different kinds, from shiny to simple and from eastern style to western style. Of course she also had to do his makeup and haircut so she tried lot of different things on him while he was sitting on a chair browsing through his laptop to think of what to sing, happily Rena was there to help him out and think of it with him, they had different musical tastes but she was a good help.
When he wasn't with Rena he was always sitting on his desk at home thinking of the best song, the song that could have the strongest effect on the audience and the judges. During that time he didn't even take the time to go out and eat, he just got delivered everyday for every meal.
It was during this weak that he realized, he wasn't sure when was the next time he would get something from the system to make him fit again and he had gained 3 kilograms since he came to Paris so he had to do something to avoid having to buy the strength stat from the system shop. That's when he took the habit to run every morning for half an hour, even he himself felt better during the day after that, he felt his body lighter and even his mind looked clearer, maybe it was an illusion but staying home and eating junk food everyday wasn't a good habit.
The habit he took of going under the Eiffel Tower to sing was also stopped for this week, he didn't want to waste any time and just kept thinking: 'What can I sing to surprise the judges and the audience even more ?'.
After a long time spent thinking he found the solution, of course the solution was very easy !

Here was his solution ! The system thought of it at the same time as him it would seem... or the system was waiting for him to think of it.
He would sing his original song, he wasn't confident enough in it but with a writing book he could arrange the amateur like lyrics, at first he though that a writing skill book would be to write novels and stuff like that but thinking about it writing encompassed a way wider variety of skills, it must include writing poems, songs lyrics and other things.
Music composition skill book was also attracting but he could count on Keith for the moment, worst case scenario he could buy a complete production from internet, there were a lot of people that did it and sold their work there.
He reached out his hand and pressed the writing book. The skill books were different from physical changes given by the system, whenever he took in a skill book some informations would appear in his mind, something like experience : as if he had done this for a long time and this is what he felt with this skill book, he didn't learn anything new but felt like he has been writing for a long time and got the hang of how to write better.
His plan was starting to take form, he took his phone that was thrown on his bed and went through his contacts list. After scrolling a bit he found who he was looking for : Keith.
"Hey Keith !"
"Hey Sam ! Congratulations on reaching the final round, I knew you could do it from the auditions round haha."
They had talked when Sam got out of the auditions round as Keith had called to congratulate him but this time as the finals were coming soon Keith thought of calling after that to not bother Sam in his preparations but he didn't expect Sam to call himself.
"Haha thanks, I called you because I need your help. Could you change things to the 'Love me' instrumental ? I changed the lyrics a bit."
"Yeah I can do it, record the new lyrics a capela and send it to me, I'll take care of the rest !"
"You are my savior, I'll need it before next week as I'm singing it for the finals."

It was 4 PM right now and changing the instrumental wasn't easy so it was obvious that Keith planned to stay awake all night long to have it ready soon, for an unknown reason this friend took really good care of Sam.
Actually that unknown reason was very simple, Keith had tried becoming famous by himself years ago but failed, now that he found such a talented Sam he was thinking of clinging onto him to reach a bigger stage. It wasn't a bad thing as Keith didn't have any malicious intent, he just found his opportunity like Sam's opportunity was the system.
It was time to get to work, first Sam spent an hour of time writing the new lyrics of his song. He didn't change anything important as he just changed it to feel smoother to the ears, the song was still similar but sounded way better now, that writing book was really doing its work.
Next step was recording it, he used his phone's recorder, buying this new phone was definitely a good idea as his old phone didn't have the recording application.
He sent the a capela recording to Keith and waited, now he had to rely on his friend. Before getting the new instrumental he had nothing to do so he just sang a capela non stop before ordering dinner and going to sleep.

« Hey Sam here is the instrumental, hope you like it. If you don't just tell me and I'll change whatever you don't like, I'm going to sleep now though so call me later this afternoon. See you. »
The instrumental was .mp3 file linked to the mail, after a few seconds it was downloaded on his laptop, he would have to give this to the organizers of the talent show so that he can sing an original, any other instrumental could be found on the internet but this one was made by him and Keith so he had to give it to them.
