Lying on the bed in the guest room Sam was feeling extremely tired but kept thinking about what happened earlier which made him stay awake. The last time he had kissed a girl was during his high school years, the girl was Sophia that had thrown him away when they got into university. He still had that apprehension of being thrown away again but he couldn't stay like this forever and he also felt attracted to Annie, if he didn't kiss her today he knew that he'd regret it later.
It was already 12 midnight but he couldn't sleep at all, he had been scrolling through his phone randomly. He checked his Instagram subscribers that had reached 200 000 people, it was all due to the talent show. He didn't have the opportunity to talk about his YouTube channel but whenever he was on stage his Instagram ID was written on the bottom corner of the screen, he also put a link to his YouTube channel on his Instagram bio which made his YouTube subscribers number grow as well, add to the original number he was now at 500 000 due to all the hype around him recently, he could already be considered like a small celebrity in the world as most of his YouTube subscribers weren't even french, as all his songs were in English most of his subs were native English speakers, of course as some of his subscribers came from Instagram he still had a pretty big fan base in France.
He also went under his videos to check the comments, most of them were left by girls
"Wow he's so handsome and talented ! Someone know his Instagram ?"
"Likez tout ceux qui sont ici après l'avoir vu dans la France à un incroyable talent ! (Everyone that came after seeing him on "la France a un incroyable talent" like this comment !)"
"Wow I've heard that he easily won a talent show in France, I don't like the way he sings I don't get the hype around him at all !"
All types of comments were left under his videos, some in English, some in French and even other in languages he didn't understand. Some were kind while some were critical, he looked but didn't care much. Haters were everywhere around the Internet, if he cared about what they said he wouldn't have started a YouTube channel in the first place.
Finally when he didn't find anything interesting to do on his phone he threw it away and slowly started to fall asleep, after such a long day the only thing that kept him from sleeping early was the fact that he had a new girlfriend after so long, even though none of them had said it out loud they both understood it.

The next morning Sam slowly opened his eyes, he had a hard time falling asleep but once he was sleeping he slept like a log. He woke up and realized the sun was already very high, he lazily grabbed his phone and realized it was already 10:30 AM.
'Already this late ? I guess Em will have to ditch school today.'
When his eyes adapted to the light he finally remembered he wasn't sleeping at home like he was supposed to do !
He got up very fast and dressed in his clothes, at the moment he was wearing only the bottom of the pajama he was lent by Jin, he vaguely remembered feeling hot during the night so he took of the top unconsciously, at home he always slept top naked but he didn't do it here as he wasn't sure if someone would get in the room while he was sleeping, in the end he still did it...
He opened the room's door and headed toward the living room, on the couch in front of the TV was sitting Annie. Hearing footsteps behind her she turned around and said with a resplendent smile on her face
"Good morning."
"Good morning, I'm sorry I overslept."
Saying that he went to sit next to her, he wasn't aware that they were home alone but she was feeling awkward finding herself alone with him at home so soon.
"Where are everybody else ?"
"It's just you and me, papa had a rendez vous for a deal, Jin have class today and mama took the girls to school."
"Once again I'm burdening her..."
"Don't worry about that, what do you usually eat on mornings ?"
"Whatever, I eat what is the nearest to me hahah !"
Hearing that she stood up and went in the kitchen and came back a second later holding a bowl of cereals. She gave it to him and kept staring at him
"You're making me uneasy, why are you staring ?"
"I didn't know you were that fit, do you go to gym often ?"
"You got into my room while I was sleeping ?"
What he feared the most had happened, at least it was Annie and not her mother that got into the room, that would have been way more embarrassing.
"I got in to try to wake you up early in the morning but you sleep too deeply, whatever I did wouldn't wake you up."
"Are you the only one that saw me ?"
"No everyone did, I was so surprised by your body that I called them all to show them."
She answered so sincerely that he believed it.
"What ?! Really ?! How could you do that ?"
"I'm obviously joking, why are you so naive ? Hahahah anyway, do you go to the gym ?"
"You scared me, imagine how embarrassing that would be... I don't go to the gym, I used to do boxing and muai Thai when I was in middle and high school."
He didn't.
That was the excuse for his fit body, he never did any sport except EPS (physical education) classes, the fact that he was a good boxer was the perfect excuse. Even though boxing wouldn't give the same results as going to the gym, in seven years of training ( author note : 4 years of middle school and 3 years of high school in France, no sure if it's the same everywhere) he had way enough time to have a fit body, the only weird thing in that explanation was the fact that his body was still fit after one year without exercise. Well he could either explain it by saying he kept doing basic exercises such as push ups, squats and abs or that his metabolism was good, both could work.
"Really ? How strong are you ?"
She looked interested, she was learning new things about him and that made her happy, they had started dating without really knowing much about each other, they had spent some time together but they were never in the atmosphere to have a deep conversation, there were always people around. Be it Em and Rika, Keith, Jin or Annie's university friends. She felt very annoyed by that but now they could talk as much as she wanted.
"I'm not sure myself... better than an amateur, worse than a pro I guess."
"Oh really ? I want to experience it."
She said with a devilish smile and jumped on him, she used her arms to nail his down on the couch. All her body was on top of his now and he couldn't help but have a reaction down there, if he wasn't much taller than her she would have probably felt it. All the shyness she showed him yesterday wasn't present anymore, she pressed her lips on top of his and started kissing him slowly, he also let himself enter in her game.
Right when they started they heard the entrance door being opened, Annie's body moved faster than lightning and sat back down facing TV. Sam got up very fast and arranged his shirt and his haircut and also sat back down, he looked back and a second later Annie's mom arrived in the living room.
"Good morning Sam, did you sleep well ?"
He looked at her with a smile and answered
"Yes very well, thanks a lot for letting me stay."
"Don't thank me, you can come and stay whenever you want, we have a lot of free space haha. »
Saying that she gestured toward her lips, trying to say something, Sam did like her and wiped his lips, he looked at the back of his hand there was red lipstick. She couldn't have not understand what had happened, he looked at her and saw her leaving while laughing.
'At least she doesn't seem to mind it...'
He gave Annie that was still looking at the TV innocently a light elbow push, showed her the back of his hand and whispered
"Your mom saw it on my lips and she gestured me to wipe it."
She opened her small eyes wide and looked back, her mom wasn't there anymore, she hid her face in her palms and complained
"Why did I use this lipstick ?! It's all your fault ! If I didn't want to surprise you it wouldn't have happened !"
She said while giving him back another elbow push.
"It's a good thing, she didn't do anything, she just smiled at me. Doesn't that mean that she accepted me ?"
"It is a good thing but it's also so embarrassing."

He opened the room's door and headed toward the living room, on the couch in front of the TV was sitting Annie. Hearing footsteps behind her she turned around and said with a resplendent smile on her face
