After lunch Sam kept looking at Em and Soleil that were running around and playing with the toys he had brought yesterday, Em would throw the ball in the small apartment and Soleil would run to bring it over, at first the puppy didn't know what he was supposed to do until Em showed him herself.
After awhile both of them fell asleep on the couch from tiredness. Em has her head on Sam's lap and Soleil in her arms, she slept with a radiant smile plastered on her face.
Sam lowered the volume of the TV and kept his phone on the table in front of him.
While watching a boring french movie his eyelids started feeling heavier and heavier. The mood around him made him feel sleepy, Em and Soleil were already sleeping the living room was dark and the movie was boring.
Just like this he fell asleep.
Later that afternoon he opened his eyes. He looked to the side and Em was still sleeping only Soleil was awake in her arms but probably couldn't slip out of her grip. He looked at Sam that had just woken up with pitiful eyes, the scene was both cute and funny.
Sam lifted one of Em's arms and Soleil ran away without losing time, the poor guy was suffocating.
Sam grabbed his phone and saw one notification, it was an email by the US embassy in Paris : both Em and his form were validated. They could spend 90 days at most in one time and this permission would last 2 years, since he was going to spend only 60 days there this summer it was perfect for him, now he just had to buy the tickets for him, Em and Soleil.
He couldn't leave the puppy here, he was still a baby and he didn't want to leave it to a friend so soon, Soleil still needed time to feel like a family member.
Right when he opened the web browser on his phone to check the price of plane tickets it started ringing. The calling phone was an unknown number, he usually didn't answer to unknown numbers but he was waiting for a call today so he picked up.
"Mister Petit ?"
"It's me, you are ?"
"Oh hi, I'm here for a delivery. Are you home ?"
"Oh yes yes, are you here already ? I'll be there in a second."
Once again as he didn't have a big enough mailbox he had to be there to pick up the packet, he slowly moved Em's head to avoid waking her up and put a cushion under it, he put on his slippers and got down very fast, he was given the packet by the deliveryman and game him a signature.
Back home he tore open the packet to check what they had send him and the content made him smile, they had sent him so much clothes and everything looked quite expensive, he still had the habit of saving money whenever he could, a habit that had stuck to him for four full years wasn't something that could go away so fast, even if he had money now and would make way more soon he still had a cheapskate attitude sometimes.
From inside the big box he pulled out a load of stuff packed in black plastic, on the plastic was the famous Adidas logo.
He started tearing open the plastics one by one, in the first one was a red ample tracksuit, without trying it Sam opened the second one, there was a a white and red sweatshirt. Wearing a tracksuit wasn't his style, he didn't want to look casual but he liked the sweatshirt a lot, it was very simple and could be wore with almost anything.
He kept opening the plastic packets until the last one, he had gotten in top of the tracksuit and the sweatshirt : another sweatshirt, a few t shirts, a sport short and even socks.
He had seen it awhile ago but didn't want to check what it was yet, when he picked the last plastic bag he saw a light brown box with a big 700 written on top of it.
He pulled it out and checked it, he didn't miss the big BOOST written on one side. From seeing it he could guess what it was, since he met Rena he had been very interested in fashion, he had checked what was hot at the moment and of course it was impossible to ignore Yeezy when you talked about streetwear.
He opened the box, inside it was lying a cool pair of shoes, he checked the piece of paper that was hanging from it and "Yeezy boost 700 mauve" was written, he liked it. It was pretty different from what he usually wore but since he was thinking about starting sports again he was happy he had saved the money for the tracksuits, shorts and even shoes.
It was a waste to use such expensive stuff for sport but he knew that if he did well he would receive a lot of stuff from adidas, if he was acknowledged as a "muse" for the brand he could ask for anything he wanted from them and they would never say no.
Everything he had to do was finished, the last thing before he was completely free to be lazy again would be to take the photos and send them to Bilal and see if he liked them.
He remembered what Jin had told him the last time he saw him
"It's fine, come back whenever you want. Also bring Em to spend her week ends at home, Rika would die of boredom without her hahah ! "

"Is someone in your home allergic to dogs or hate them ?"

"Why do you ask this so suddenly ? Nobody is allergic to dogs by the way, we had a dog when he were kids but since he died of old age we aren't ready to adopt a new one."
"I was just curious, I'll be coming with Em now, is it fine ?"
"Yes come ! I missed you so much ! Calls aren't enough, you have to spend more time with me from now on !"

"Wait Em, go dress up we are going to Rika's place right away."
"But I want to play with Soleil..."

He also went in his room and put on a white adidas t shirt under the red tracksuit and the pair of Yeezy's he had got, he looked at himself on the mirror and thought
'Yeah not bad... it's a different vibe, I should wear streatwear more often.'
Em was also dressed very fast, she couldn't wait to present her new friend to her best friend : present Soleil to Rika, she helped Soleil go into his cage and wanted to carry it but Sam grabbed it and pulled Em with his free hand, she probably couldn't lift it as the cage in itself was already pretty heavy.
