According to Evelyn, I slept for three days straight. It was a good thing that Evelyn sent a letter to my place, saying that I'll be staying in her place for at least a few days.
"The captain of the fourth Knight division wants to meet you. After hearing his men's report, he went here to check if those reports were real."
Ah, it looks like the knights in this village belongs to the fourth knight division.
Just so you know, there are seven knight divisions. From ascending to descending order, the division names are these; (1)Blue Dragon Order, (2)Red Phoenix Order, (3)Golden Lion Order, (4)Black Crows Order, (5)Cyan Scythe Order, (6)Darkness Order, (7)White Rose Order.
Each division has their own specialties but according to Evelyn, only the White Rose Order has members with different specialties, the common thing in that division is that they are all girls.
Since she said that it's the fourth division.. if i'm not mistaken, it's Black Crows Order that's assigned in this village, right?
"Captain Lapiz wants to see you. Don't worry, I'll be there with you so I won't let them force you into anything."
I smiled faintly. "Thank you.."
Captain.. Then that means that he's wearing a special armor, right? And he's a high ranked magician or fighter.. I suddenly feel nervous meeting him.
"Before we go meet him, I have something to tell you."

I followed Evelyn as she entered a room.
Upon entering the room, I saw a silver haired guy sitting on the couch.
When he raised his head, I was surprised by how sharp his blue eyes looked. He's definitely a handsome person but what distracted me was the scar under his left eye.
But other than that, because of how handsome he is.. Flowers.. I'm seeing flowers behind him.. Wait, wait, it must be my imagination, right?
I rubbed my eyes and looked at him again, yes, those flowers were just my imagination.
I was disappointed when I saw him wearing a golden armor. I thought that captains are supposed to wear special armors?
I turned away from him and looked at the old man standing behind him. His back was bent and he was holding a stick.
He was looking at me with scary eyes.. This old man is not someone normal.
Despite the uneasiness in the room, I did a simple curtsy, not too elegant since I'm in a disguise as a commoner. "My name is Zhou Yiren, I apologize for collapsing and causing your men trouble the other day."
It's not like I caused trouble. In fact, I helped his men, but then I went in to help without anyone's permission, I must apologize for that act.
"Not at all, my lady. Your remarkable magic spells helped my men in recoving. Please have a seat." The captain named Lapiz pointed on the seat in front of him.
A small smile appeared on his lips but I can definitely tell that he's not used with facial expressions. I guess he's the type of guy who has a blank look on his face the whole day.
"I.. I'm glad to have been of assistance."
"Please allow me to express my sincerest thanks." He placed a bag of silver coins on the table.
"I'm grateful for this gift but I apologize, I won't accept them. I helped your men because they need one, I didn't helped them to gain profit. A sincere 'thank you' is enough for me, sir."
Besides, as the daughter of the family Trancy, I'm so rich. I don't need more money.
He nodded before he stood up and bowed to me. "Thank you for saving my men, Lady Zhou."
Ah.. I thought he'll be an arrogant person but I guess that was just my impression of him.
After giving his sincere bow, he sat down once again. "May I know where you came from? According to the villagers here, they don't know you."
I blinked a lot. "Eh?"
"Despite how young you look, you give off an impression that you received a high level of education. Be that as it may, you don't talk as one of the noble would. Judging from the way you dress, you could be a commoner."
I see.. So he's doubting my origins as a commoner.
The old man finally opened his mouth. "There's a chance that you could be an enemy spy."
"That can't be possible." Evelyn interrupted. "Perhaps on account of her prodigious skills, it is possible that she was abducted and sold off to the black market. Look at that chain around her neck."
They moved their eyes and stared down on the chain around my neck, this was an evidence that I'm a slave bought from the black market.
Thanks to Evelyn, I was able to obtain this chain of slavery.
I lowered my head. This is actually a part of the plan Evelyn and I made. I need to have a story behind my commoner disguise.
"I.. I escaped from my master.." My cracked voice sounded in the room which made everyone quiet.
"I.." I wiped the tears that formed on the side of my eye and sniffed.
I raised my eyes and looked straight at them. This is one thing about lying, people can't look at others straight on their eyes so to make a lie believable, you have to look at them in their eyes.
"I .. I came from a small town.. One day, I went out to pick some fruits with my brother but.. but.. they came and took me away.." Tears successfully formed on the side of my eyes again. This time, I lowered my head once again to show how pitiful I am. "A.. After killing my brother, they took me.. My brother only.. only tried to protect me.. b.. but because of me, he ended up dying..
I was sold in the black market, a noble bought me.. But because of how panicked I was.. I.. I lost control of my magic.. I took that chance to run away and return to my town but.. but.. I found my town in flames.. my family.. dead.. Everyone was gone.. I couldn't save a life from those.. those horrible monsters.. That's why.. I decided to become a doctor.. I wanted to save the lives that the monsters tried taking.. "
I stopped and started sobbing. I'm awesome right? With this level of acting, I can deceive anyone!

The Orc King was then defeated by the Red Phoenix Order of Knights.
Evelyn placed her hand on my shoulder. "You don't have to continue.."
"Whatever her circumstances are, lets not be quick to forget that she was a big help in saving our men." Lapiz voice was heard. "Evelyn, why don't you bring Lady Zhou back to her room and help her calm down?"
Evelyn followed his order and brought me back to the guest room. As soon as I was alone with Evelyn in my room, I wiped my tears and looked at her with a smirk. "You'll be treating me."
Evelyn chuckled and raised her hands in defeat. "That acting of yours is unbelievable, I lose this bet."

I stayed in that village for another day.until they killed the monsters with the help of Captain Lapiz. It's actually amazing how Lapiz was able to defeat those monsters in one day.
I healed the injured knights but couldn't save those who were dead. .
After leaving a letter with the contents: 'I apologize if I left. I know that you are planning to take me to the palace but I can't allow that. You see, there are more people who needs me. I want to save more lives and if I remain here, I won't be able to do that.'
After that, by using an Appearance change potion, I changed my appearance again. With the help of Evelyn, I returned back to my place.
When my appearance went back to my original appearance, I took a bath and went to bed but a knock was suddenly heard.
"Lady Violet, dinner is ready."
