After Charles left her room, she laid down on her bed and stared at the ceiling, thinking about the conversation they had earlier.
She was a half dragon, no wonder Violet's Fire magic reached A+ rank when she entered the Academy. But things were different for Yiren, she had a hard time increasing the rank of her fire magic. Could it have something to do with the soul switch?
"What are you thinking about?"
She sighed. "Daddy said that I have a dragon's blood in me but I have a hard time leveling my fire magic. I was just thinking that it might be-" She paused upon realizing that she just heard a man's voice beside her.
Just like what she expected, when she turned her head, she saw Luke staring at her with a smile. "You finally know."

"Yes. Red eyes are common to magical creatures that can turn into a human." He twirled a strand of her hair around his finger.
"I see..." She should have known, no wonder red eyes are rare in the human race. "Anyway, what are you doing here? You should be sleeping since you have a class tomorrow."
"I just wanted to see you." He placed his hand on her waist as he pulled her closer to him. "And... I won't be seeing you for a while that's why I want to spend this night with you."
She wanted to push him away but hearing what he said, she decided to let him be tonight, after all, he will be meeting the MC soon... He will fall in love with her and after that, he will forget Violet. She knew that every capture characters were 'programmed' to fall in love with the MC one way or another that's why she didn't want to accept Luke yet. She remembered how Spade looked at the MC that night, even if he said that Yiren was the only girl for him, she clearly saw the way the MC was able to get his attention. It will just be a matter of time before every capture characters would love her.
She leaned and buried her face on Luke's chest as she hugged him back. 'Just for tonight, I won't push him away.'
"Are you alright, Yiren?" He asked worriedly as he felt something wrong with her.
She loved it whenever he mentioned her name, he was the only person who calls her by her real name and it would always bring warmth in her chest.
She shook her head and closed her eyes. "I'm just tired... so please behave if you don't want me to kick you out of my bed."
He chuckled. "Okay, okay." Since he couldn't see her face, he wasn't able to see through to her.
"Good night, Luke..." She whispered softly.
Luke was able to hear it because of his sharp hearing sense. He kissed the top of her head. "Good night, Yiren."

When she woke up, Luke was gone.
She went to take a bath and changed to her new set of traveling clothes before she started packing her things. After she did so, she went and had her breakfast with Charles.
They were going to leave the town today and head to the Port of Mattholia.
It actually took them a week before they were able to reach the Port. They took a ship that sailed to the country of Diamond. They were going to be sailing for ten days before they will able to reach the country.
Their journey was going well until a storm greeted them on their way. Because of the strong wind and big waves, they all thought that their ship was going to sink until Charles used his Water Magic to control the waves that was about to hit their ship. Because of him, the Water magicians on board went to help him out.
Yiren was so worried of Charles since he left her in the room. She didn't know what was going on outside. Despite being scared, she went out of her room, only to bump into a handsome man who has a slender and graceful figure. His features appeared sly, with narrowed eyes and hazel colored cat-like pupils. He looked so intimidating because of his tall figure. His raven black hair was messy and has some fringe on his right side that partially covers his right eye.
She gulped nervously. "I-I'm sorry..." She was about to bow but because it was so wavy, she ended up falling towards the man's chest.
The man held her arm. "You should be careful. You should go back to your room and wait until the sea calms down." He said with a smooth baritone voice that was clear and calm.
'His voice is so sexy. Uh, no. Sexy is in his eyes more than his voice.'
She snapped out from her thoughts when she felt like vomiting because of the unsteady ground. She quickly covered her mouth and used all her strength to pull away from him. She hurriedly went up to throw up her lunch on the sea but instead of that, she felt someone pushing her off board and she ended up being eaten by the sea.
She just wanted to throw up!
Because of the strong current, she wasn't able to swim her way up. She couldn't hold her breath anymore as she started sinking, her consciousness fading away.
This was so unexpected! Was she really going to die like this?
