As everyone welcome the season of giving, almost half a month left till that day..
Angelique's simple dream has turned into almost a nightmare for her. Her smooth sailing life has turned into an extreme roller coaster. As more and more opportunity suddenly appears in front of her.
The company has personally assigned Annie as her stylist and assistant. Despite Annie is there to help her, the new life she is living in right now has totally overwhelmed her.
In a couple more days, her album will finally be released at the same time the company has already released the schedule for her first concert. Harry and Jason have been busy preparing for the concert as Angelique tries to fit everything into her schedule.
Thanks to Jose and Corey, Angelique's business has been doing well. With Jordon checks on it time to time, they have already gained profit. Jordon even has proposed already to open a second shop which he will manage.
Angelique has been able to keep up with her busy schedule all thanks to Jamie care. He has been checking on her every night and making sure she doing well.
Because of all the drastic change, Angelique had forgotten someone already and what happened that day.
Inside the car, the girl was staring blankly outside the window as she leaned on it.
"Ange, Ange, Ange,"
Angelique watched as people walked around the street with different expressions on their faces. As the car drove by, she notices a familiar figure amongst the people in the street but it soon disappeared.
"Ange!" The person in the driving seat yelled
Angelique almost jumps out of her seat from the shock, she turned around and notice Annie concern looks at her. "Annie, is something wrong?"
Annie took a deep sigh as she answered her, "Ange, I have been calling you for a while now. I was asking you if you want to practice later for the concert or go home and rest?"
"You can go home, I'll go there after the announcement."
Inside the historical building, a stage was being arranged in the center. It was covered with beautiful colored stage light. As the staff arrange the seats for the guest, Ms Lia, the director and staff were busy organizing everything as they await for the ladies to arrive.
Moments later, everyone has finally gathered. The director started announcing to them what will be happening within the next couple of days. As he announces each lady's position and what attire they'll be wearing. Most of the ladies were all eager to find out who'll be wearing the main attire for the night.
As the ladies await the result for the main dress, the senior ladies, we all calm as they expect the outcome already. The fact they've been in this industry for a long time and for them to be selected in the final cut means a lot for them already.
"Angelique..."
When they heard the unfamiliar name, the ladies face drastic change. Some were gobsmacked from hearing the result, while other almost puke blood as they clench their teeth. The senior ladies fiercely stare at Angelique as she shook hands with the director and Ms Lia.
"Thank you..."
Angelique did not dare say another word, since after her name was mentioned the room has turned cold. She did not even bother to look around and instead avoided everyone glare by looking down.
After the result, they were assigned to go to their position for a dry run. As the ladies prepared to take do their last walk before the big event. Some were trembling in fear of making a mistake.
"Alright, ladies gets ready..."
As the director's words echoed the whole room, the music soon played in the background and each girl slowly walked into the stage. Everything was going smooth as everyone went back and forth.
It was finally Angelique final turn to present the main dress, even though she is not wearing it now. She was too nervous to make a mistake and disappoint everyone who trusted her.
As everyone's eyes were all fix on Angelique as she gracefully walked out, Annie, Ms Lia and the director were all brightly smiling as they watch Angelique make her entrance and do them proud. They were all bewitched by her alluring beauty.
In a blink of an eye, all eyes that were beaming with delight drastically change and widen, their faces turned pale as they all witness Angelique fall flat on the ground.
The ladies on the stage screamed as they saw Angelique's cold body on the stage. Everyone froze as they stare blankly at the unconscious Angelique. Until one voice woke them back to their senses.
"Angelique..." Annie said as she runs up to the stage with teary and frightened face.
