"It stops raining..." Angelique said after Scott released his lips from hers.
Scott smiled while his hand was still wrapped around the girl's waist, "So it has..."
Angelique sneezed
"We should get you dried up since you still have a shoot" Scott grabs the girl's hand while his jacket was wrapped around her shoulder. On the way to the parking lot, lots of people notice them and some couple couldn't help their public display of affection.
"Honey, you're never like that..."
"Gosh, young people these days..."
Angelique felt so embarrassed after hearing the people's comments. The worst part is there not even a couple yet people see them as one.
As soon as they reached the car, Scott went to the back seat and grab one of his coat out and wrap it around the girl while removing the wet one. "Get inside..."
Angelique was still along the way, she did not say a word nor did Scott question her if something is wrong.
They ended up stopping at a fancy store, there Scott asked the store ladies to take care of Angelique while he went to another store to get clothes for himself.
"Miss, your boyfriend is so sweet."
"He must treasure you a lot Miss, he even picked out such expensive dress for you."
"Of course, the man would treasure the Miss, she so beautiful."
The store ladies were all praise but for Angelique, it was torture for her. She did not expect Scott would spend such amount for her. Plus, they even went out of their way to get her a stylist to do her hair.
Scott came back to the store and went to the VIP lounge. There he waited patiently for Angelique.
"Sir, she all ready..."
Scott turned around and saw mesmerized as the girl walked out of the private dress. The bright pink floral dress makes her even younger at the same time cute. He could not help it but blush in seeing the girl.
The store ladies notice the man red face and started giggling. This then causes Angelique to react as well and looked down.
Scott slowly approached the girl and raised her head, "Why must you hide such a beautiful face. It does not matter what they think of you, for you have always been captivating in my eyes."
It confused Angelique for a second, she thought could it be possible that Scott actually still likes her. After all the harsh words she has said yet still...
"Come, you must be hungry after all the running around." He said
Angelique felt embarrassed after she recalled her silliness earlier. How she acted like a child because of her excitement. She could only nod her head and followed the man out of the store.
Since the weather was bright and sunny, they decide to walk instead of driving around. Since they were in the city, there was a lot of small food stall along the way which Angelique could not resist. However, since she did not have her purse with her she could only watch them.
Scott noticed the disappointed look on the girl's face, he went to one of the food stalls, then came back to the girl side and gave her the snack.
"For me?" she asked
"No, me..." Scott sarcastically said.
Angelique frowned with a smile, "Hmmm, thanks."
In the end, Scott brought food from every food stall they passed by which pleased the girl a lot. Scott was satisfied in seeing the girl bright smile, not only was he then only captivated by her smile but all the people selling the foods and passerby. They were so please in seeing the beautiful girl satisfaction in eating the food. Her expression while eating was to die for.
"How come when she eats it the food looks like a million dollar snack."
"She looks like an heiress yet eat such food."
"Isn't she just adorable, I wish to have a wife like her. Then I bring her food stall food every time I come home."
Hearing those words made Scott proud and jealous at the same time. In his mind, "She's my future wife."
Despite she has eaten quite a few snacks, they still ended up eating at a fancy restaurant. Scott ordered the food while Angelique went to clean herself up. When she came out of the washroom, she notices a little girl playing by the piano. She was just playing around and nobody mind what she was doing.
Angelique was quite interested in the melody the little girl was playing and decide to join her. Soon it captured everyone attention as they listened to the little girl and her playing.
Scott wonders what all the commotion was all about and went to check it. There he saw the girl happy playing with a little girl. Watching the girl smiled and play along made him think that she would be a wonderful mother in the future. But he knows that is impossible since in all the thing the girl hates in this world is her becoming a mother. For she fears her children will experience the life she went through.
But in Scott's eyes, she would be the most beautiful wife and amazing mother.
