The real estate building is 5 levels tall and the 1st floor is for the reception area and relaxing area while the 2nd to 4th floor is filled with offices that deals with landed properties. The last level only have one room in it and it is the CEO's room. "How may I help you? the receptionist greeted me with a bow.
" Can I get a landed property that have a 1st payment of not more than 1 gold and the remaining payment can be separated into monthly payment?"I asked.
"What type of landed property are you looking you?" she asked me.
"A restaurant with a small room to stay in." I replied.
"I have sent your requirements to one of the real estate agents. In a few minutes he should be able to tabulate the results and come down to find you. In the meantime, you may go to the relaxing area to rest." She said politely.
I nodded my head and headed to the nearest chair to sit. In less than 5 minutes, a man walked down with a file in his hands. He look at me and smiled as he asked " Mr Lee, sorry for the wait. Would you like to head up to the office and I will tell you the options or would you like me to bring to the places that passed your requirements."
"Bring me there, I would like to look at the buildings before deciding which one to buy." I replied with a business smile.
"Okay, please follow me." the man said as he led the way towards the 1st building.
There is a total of 8 buildings that passed my requirements and I am already at the last building yet I still couldn't find one that I like. Most of the buildings are located deep within the alleyways and the others are next to places like the dumpsters. "Sorry for wasting your time Mr Lin." I said apolitically to him.
He flashed a smile and said "it's okay, if you change your mind, feel free to come to my office which is located at the last office at the 2nd floor." Just as we are about to turn back, I saw a large signboard that written in bright red": "Restaurant for sale, 2 level building, 1st level restaurant and 2nd level 4 room apartment, one payment of 1 gold and it's yours."
"Hmm what is this?" I asked
"It's a nightmare for restaurant owners..." Mr Lin said as he shakes his head.
"A nightmare? Why is that so?" I asked curiously.
"Take a look at the 7 stories tall restaurant right next to it. It is called the 7 paradise restaurant, the biggest restaurant in this city. This is the location with the most amount of crowd yet there is not a single restaurants in a 50 metre radius around other than this restaurant. The owner decided to buy this plot of land and built a restaurant next to the 7 paradise restaurant, hoping that they can sell some of the customers from them. However, his plan backfired as he lost all his money and his wife because his restaurant can barely earn 50 silvers every month yet he have to pay a tax of 10 golds every annual. In the end he gave up and started selling this building at a low price, hoping that someone is willing to buy. But until today, nobody brought it yet. Since no one brought it, the building is still under his name and he have to pay the annual tax. I believe that this year is his 21st year already. Who would be so daring to take over this hot potato." Mr Lin gave out a sigh.
" A 2 stories tall building located at a good location and such a good price. It is as if the heaven wanted me to have it." I thought to myself.
"I'll have it." I said
"What! Are you sure? Even after everything that I have told you?" Mr Lin shouted as if the lost his mind.
"That's right, please contact the owner and get the owners right for me." I replied with a sly smile.

"Owning a restaurant have 2 benefits. Firstly, I will be able to compete my quest and more importantly, the second benefit which is I can spread my fame and hopefully my family will notice me."
