Yan Mor Tee was nervously waiting for Song Dei Si's response. If she will reject him, he doesn't know where to pick up his broken heart. This was not his idea of proposing to her but she left him with no choice. He took this opportunity to make her his even if it's not the ideal way. "What a day, I received two proposals from two people which I don't have relationship with. The first one I have just rejected and the other one, has given me an ultimatum." Song Dei Si's frustration cannot be hidden. "I just wish at least one of you has prepared a ring."

"This is an heirloom that my mother has given me when I graduated from college. She said this has been passed on to the woman of Yan's household. It is a valuable ring that only belong to the Madam of the family for several generations. She was the last owner of this ring but it is about time to pass it on to it's new owner. You."
Song Dei Si looked at the emerald ring flashing through her own eyes. She was tongue-tied and was totally in a complete daze.
"Will you take good care of this ring from today's onward?" Yan Mor Tee took out the emerald ring from the box and put it on her slender ring finger.
