Something was wrong! Zhao Yu thought that Xiao Hang was from the Special Services. If he was indeed here to resolve an issue, then he could have played by the rules. Why would he come and scare the leader of the Special Investigations Team? They were all smart and capable individuals, and he of all people should understand the importance of teamwork. There was no reason to stir the pot by causing chaos like this. Unless… Xiao Hang was giving him trouble for some other reason? Was it revenge?
D*mn it… Zhao Yu thought to himself, unable to understand it. As far as he knew, even though he had offended countless people throughout his career, he didn’t do anything to offend anyone in such a high position. Hmph! Zhao Yu decided to forget everything. He had a plan. If that was the case, then Xiao Hang shouldn’t blame him for being ruthless! Zhao Yu had originally only wanted to have a normal fight and it didn’t matter if he lost. Since Xiao Hang had ulterior motives, if Zhao Yu continued going easy on him, he wouldn’t be able to forgive himself.
This time, Xiao Hang rushed towards Zhao Yu. He sank both his shoulders and bent his knees. It was clear that he was going to attempt a flying kick. Zhao Yu calculated the opportune moment and reached for an Invisible Spring Launcher to use on Xiao Hang. As expected, Xiao Hang used his strength to jump and spread his right leg, panning to kick Zhao Yu.
The Spring Launcher exploded immediately and Xiao Hang swore as he flew straight into the ceiling. Not only did he break the ceiling, he slammed his head into the ventilation ducts. Everyone was shocked. With the twisting sound of the metal, Xiao Hang flattened the ventilation duct and landed with a heavy thud onto the ground.
Thud! Crash! The compromised ceiling collapsed and fell into pieces, landing on top of Xiao Hang’s body. Xiao Hang, who was now unconscious, was moaning on the ground. Everyone was flabbergasted as they had never seen anything so odd.
“Oh no!” Zhao Yu loudly exclaimed. He sat with his legs crossed on the ground. His eyes widened deliberately as he feigned horror. “Oh my god, Leader Xiao! You’re so awesome! You can actually rip apart the ceiling. That jump was way too scary! It could probably break the Guinness World Record!”
“You’ve got to be kidding…” Liu Zhanbing said from a distance. “I was not expecting him to hurt himself… hey…” He shouted at the agents next to him. “Hurry up and check on him, don’t you have to call the ambulance?”
“Fuhaha!” Cui Lizhu and Li Beini burst out laughing. The Special Service agents were all confused. Nobody understood what had just happened to Xiao Hang. It seemed as though he had just flown up into the sky and rendered himself unconscious!
“Leader…” One of them ran over and pulled Xiao Hang out of the ruins. Xiao Hang was covered in dirt and looked like a mess. Even though his injuries weren’t critical, he was fading in and out of consciousness. “D*mn it!” The Special Service agent nodded to the others behind him and stepped forward, prepared to take Xiao Hang away.
“Wait!” Zhao Yu said with coldly, his voice filled with murderous intent. He picked himself up off the ground. “We have yet to settle the issue at hand, who allowed you to leave?”
“Ah…” The Special Service agents began to sweat. They were overwhelmed by Zhao Yu’s presence.
“According to the agreement with Leader Xiao earlier, the loser will accept their loss gracefully,” Zhao Yu gestured. “Now, hand over whatever information you have!”
“That’s right!” Zhang Jingfeng shouted hastily. “Hurry up and hand over the documents! Don’t think you can weasel your way out of this!”
“Uhm…” The Special Services agent who had taken the lead glared at Zhao Yu in frustration. “Our Leader Xiao did not lose! It was… just an accident! Anyone could tell you were no match for him!”
“God d*mn it, go f*ck yourself!” Zhao Yu shouted. His eyes widened. “Your leader is the one who fainted, not me! Is the outcome not obvious enough?”
“Exactly!” Xu Hai and Liu Zhanbing said in unison. “Don’t be so shameless, stop arguing! Hurry up and hand over those documents then scram!”
“Hmph!” The leading agent stood up and pointed at Zhao Yu. “You, Zhao, know that what happened just now was merely an accident. It doesn’t count! If you want information, fine, come and fight me. If you can win against me, I’ll let you take what you want and I’ll tell you everything!”
“Fuhaha!” Zhao Yu said, laughing with his head tilted back. “You guys are very untrustworthy! What fun does this still hold for me?”
“Well…” Li Jing hurried to Zhao Yu’s side and whispered, seemingly realized something. “Leader Zhao, I think you should just forget about it! We’ve already caused a huge mess, this has gone on for long enough… listen to me, don’t haggle with them any further!”
“You, with the surname Zhao!” The agent yelled arrogantly, seeming to have caught on to something. “You took quite a pummeling earlier, if you’re scared to fight then just admit to it!”
“You! Shut up!” Li Jing shouted. “You guys think you haven’t made a big enough mess as it is? Hurry up and call for an ambulance to get your leader to the hospital!”
“Fuhahaha!” Just as Li Jing finished her sentence, Zhao Yu threw his head back and began to laugh. He started counting the number of agents. “One, two, three, four… aren’t there just four of you? Hahaha! Alright, today I’ll let you see what I’m truly capable of! Since it’s gotten to this point, the four of you can come at me at once!”
“Wh… what?!” Li Jing was in shock, her body trembled and her expression changed. The other group members were also shocked by his attitude and held their breath.
“This…” The four agents thought about whether or not to agree. For ten seconds, they stood in stunned silence. “Do you have a death wish?” the lead agent asked in surprise.
“Hmph! You’re the one with a death wish!” Zhao Yu said aggressively. “Today, I will show you that nobody can bully my special investigation team!”
