"Those are do not look like that for design, it's an enchanted chain placed by the "Hall Master" to keep others from abusing the materials, in the past there were helpers that sneak vast amounts of materials and sell them to the market so when the Hall Master learned about it he placed those chains there.
"Also take note of the fact that you have to reserve the materials that you will need a week before you start forging, you're a helper so you will be the one who will be taking care of this for Gilet. Some of the materials that's harder to find compared to others are limited especially those "Saint Class Materials" are rare, we only have 5 Saint Class Artificer here after all, and the materials that they use are usually procured by them."
Dean listened to the detailed explanation about the first floor given to him by Heto, he was shock as to how much details that he was given in such a small time frame. Not only that but he was surprised to see Heto was actually giving out such detailed explanations of various details.
Before this when he saw him behind the desk and acted like someone that's bored out of his wits and was acting like he didn't want to do anything until he said the name of Gilet was actually telling him everything that he needed to know and in such detailed manner.
Nodding his head Dean took in the information that was given to him he didn't even had to note anything down as he was able to record everything with the system inside his head doing that for him. His eyes wandered around and noticed that there was another room in the first floor, he was about to ask Heto as what that room is but Heto was already halfway up the stairs that lead to the second floor.
With Heto going up to the second floor Dean followed him up after taking one last look at that room. The loud, clear and crisp sounds of metal being hit rung inside Dean's head, upon stepping up on the second floor the temperature drastically spiked up.
Flames flickered around the second floor, there were about 3 flames present at the second floor all of which were floating in the sky. Their different colors were beautiful to look at, the orange flame that was near his right side was calm, the man on the left was hitting a metal again and again and for the people at the back their dark red flame was running wild dark red flames of the one at the very back of the second floor.
The "Second Floor" of the Forging hall had another name and that was the "Highem" which they got from shortening the "High Temperature Floor", the Highem was the place where the forging of the artifacts truly occur.
As Dean had started to perspire from the hot temperature from the flames, Heto still looked the same as he did from before he got set foot on the second floor, the way he look at the flames were like looking at a show as if he was seeing something that Dean was not seeing.
Seeing this Dean tried looking at the flames one more time but didn't see anything different from before, as he did this Heto suddenly walked closer to one group of people who was forging an artifact.
The people who were in front of them were a pair a middle-age man who was wearing black clothes that had silver linings at the end of it, as for the young man in front of him who was wearing the same black clothing with the only difference was the color of the edge of their clothes which had the color of bronze.
The middle-age man had his brows meeting up at the center of his brows while watching the young man control the dark red flame in front of them, the wild flickering of the flame was getting to the point of a berserk fire like the flame from a forest fire.
With the two in front of them Heto finally spoke again "This the second floor of the Forging Hall also known as the Highem, this is the place where the artificer creates the artifact that they want to, after they finish the artifact they will either do two thing.
"The first would be, they will be giving it to the person that ordered the artifact directly from them or they will give it to the academy mission post and make it a reward for the various missions that can be taken in there.
"The sudden increase in temperature was because of the barrier erected by the casters of the academy, the three floors of the forging hall have different temperatures remember that, as for the third floor I can't take you there as I was told not to by Gilet."
Heto turned around and gave Dean a look and said "Okay kid, your tour ends here go back down and wait for Gilet to come back." Turning around he walk towards the people that had the dark red flame that was flickering all over the place.
Looking at the slouched back of Heto, watching his back going forward at the berserk flame in front of them he saw him stop from his tracks turning around to look at him once more Heto said "Oh, I almost forgot, the room you saw earlier was the library of the forging hall, if you want to know more about forging you should go there. Get out of here, your body is already soak with sweat next time you enter have your heavenly qi circulate around you in order to protect you okay?"
Heto turned his back once more, hearing what he said Dean turn around and prepared to leave but before he could even take a step he heard another thing from behind him "You should also take that good boy façade of yours boy and throw it away, emotions have to be release or it will get in the way of your cultivation in the future."
