However, Zhang Che had long been expecting this. The Scarlet Flame Drake, who had been standing by in silence at the side, suddenly opened its mouth and shot out a column of flames at the dark blue vapor.
The column of flames disappeared, and the dark blue vapor disintegrated, too.
The Purple Crystal Tortoise quickly stopped its sucking actions and aimed at the blue silhouette, shooting another bone spike at it.
A soft “chi” rang out. The exotic beast was unable to dodge this attack. A bowl-sized hole was punched through its waist-thick body. Blue blood flowed out from the wound, dripping into the lake. It instantly froze the water it touched, forming a thin layer of ice.
“What the heck, really!?” Zhang Che was shocked at the sight. He couldn’t help but take a few steps back, taking cover behind the Scarlet Flame Drake, afraid that the exotic beast would turn its head and breathe out a cloud of cold air his way.
During this short exchange, Zhang Che had finally seen this strange exotic beast’s attributes.
