The relocation of the herbal research institute had huge implications.
Although Huang Juyun had agreed with Zhang Che’s proposal to shift the herbal research institute south to better facilitate the growth of the spiritual herbs and production of spiritual honey, he had to make the proper arrangements.

As for the elemental queen, she would have no problem even if she didn’t sleep for a whole month straight. With her chess addiction acting up right now, she’d surely be playing through the night!

Chen Lishan woke up early in the morning and washed up in a hurry. She looked at her personal terminal, a hint of hesitation flashing across her face.
It was her birthday today. She had already invited a few young teachers from school she got along well with for a little birthday gathering at her apartment.
She didn’t invite her three best friends in Bei Mei. They were truly too far away. Also, she came to Hua Xia to begin a new life, and didn’t want anything to do with her past.
-But, should I inform him? If it wasn’t for Brother Sun, I might have already been captured by the pharmaceutical company my brother was working at…-
After thinking for a moment, Chen Lishan grit her teeth and made a call to a number on her personal terminal she had never contacted before.

Zhang Che furrowed his brow slightly. He quickly fished out a personal terminal from his shirt. It was the personal terminal he applied for in the Bei Mei region as Sun Che. Only Chen Lishan had this number.
Since this personal terminal was vibrating, it went without saying that Chen Lishan was calling him!
Zhang Che had never contacted Chen Lishan after he brought her back with him to Hua Xia. Other than bumping into her once at Bei Du University and learning that she was now working as an English teacher there, he had no idea how she was doing.
Chen Lishan had never contacted him, either. She probably didn’t want to disturb his life.
-Why would she call me all of a sudden? Did something happen?- Zhang Che quickly picked up the call.
He noticed a slight hesitation in Chen Lishan before she asked, “Brother Sun, are you free today?”
Zhang Che thought for a moment, then said, “Probably. Is something the matter?”
“It’s my birthday today, and I’m hosting a birthday gathering at noon at my place. Can you come? Oh, and I invited a few colleagues as well.”
Adding in the last portion of her message, Chen Lishan was obviously afraid that Zhang Che would misunderstand and only added it in as an afterthought. She knew Zhang Che had his own life and was afraid he would misunderstand her intention.
Zhang Che wasn’t thinking so much, however. He mumbled to himself for two seconds before agreeing. “Sure. Send me your address. I’ll be there by noon.”
Chen Lishan had obviously mustered her courage to invite him. Zhang Che didn’t want to turn down her kind intentions. Thinking back, it was all thanks to her that he had obtained the healing-type Unicorn and cured his mother’s illness in one go. Otherwise, heavens knew how long Sun Lan’s illness would have dragged on for!
“Ah! That’s great! Thank you, Brother Sun!” Chen Lishan chirp. She was obviously very happy that Zhang Che had agreed to come to her birthday gathering.
