Just like a curse, after I had my happiness I was given a great disaster that will leave a deep mark in my heart. I don't know why it keep happening to me, but I know that from now on, I will not be the same ever again…
All I wish for is nothing but a simple and peaceful life. However, in this short five years, all I have is nothing but a hikikomori like lifestyle that ended just yesterday. I thought that my life would be better because I was a prince of a supposed to be a powerful Emperor and Empress…
And again, I was foolish to think like that!
Never again, not again, I have been suffering again and again because of my foolishness. Being naïve and thinking that there is an eternal happiness is idiocy.

"Kuuuaahhhh~~"
I stretched my stiff body and opened my eyes slowly while getting up, while trying to not wake Mira up who is sleeping next to me.
Trying to keep opening the heavy eyelid that keep closing again and again, I then looked at the sleeping Mira with a smirk on my lips. This is a rare chance for me to prank her, can't let this chance go away like that now can i?
I turned my head to the left where Mira is sleeping, with my sleepy eyes I observed her sleeping form with interest. She looked really beautiful even when she is sleeping, I was once again mesmerized by her beauty.
However, there is something that I found it strange! Her skin looked too pale even for her! I remember that last night, it was not that pale, she looked fine and full of energy. There is no way for her to be so pale like this!
I was quite panicked, all of my sleepiness were blown away because I was so worried about my sleeping angel!
With a trembling hand, I tried to wake her up by shaking her shoulder!
"Mira! Mira! It's morning already, c'mon wake up~~"
With a strong but easy going tone, I called her while shaking her shoulder gently. Strange! This is really strange! She isn't waking up at all! My heart started to beat furiously, my complexion started to become pale just like that of Mira and cold sweat drenched my back as I tried to wake her up.
Her body swayed with each shake, she was like a broken doll whose string has been cut. With desperation I planted my ear on her left breast trying to listen to her heart beat. But to my despair, there is no sound! Her heart didn't beat at all…
"You're kidding me…"
I raised my head slowly while muttering with a whisper, my expression blank, my mind has long been stopped working. With a blank look, I stared at the pale and lifeless Mira…
A drop of tears started to fall from my eyes as I stared at her serene yet lifeless expression.
Confusion filled my mind as I tried to think about what happened.
As I keep trying to think as to why this is happened, grieve and sadness started to fill my heart like a tsunami. No matter how hard I held it back, no matter how hard I keep trying to be calm, the unbelievable feeling of sadness and despair filled my heart and mind.
"Ha… Ha ha… HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
Mad laughter left my throat, it was filled with madness and despair. This is not fair… not fair not fair not fair not fair… JUST WHAT THE HELL DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS!?
While shouting inside my mind, I didn't even realize that my surrounding has changed. Darkness, there is only darkness and an eerie silent that make it more creepy and scary.
However, my mind was too occupied with Mira to care about this strange darkness. Although, there is a part of me that was scared at my current situation, it was still not enough to cause me to pay attention.
Just what is going on?! Am I dreaming or something? If so, then this dream is so damn realistic that It made me so fucking crazy!
It's so not funny!
"….. You came…."
A sudden hoarse voice of a female whispered on my right ear. It was so close that I can feel her breath, at that I know that this creature know what the hell is going on. After all, why the hell am I in this place again? And why the hell is this shit keep whispering to me!
"... You can use it….."
Another hoarse voice whispered again, this time it was on my left ear.
"Use what?"
With an annoyed tone, I replied to her. I was honestly confused, I don't even know if I'm still sleeping and this is nothing but just a nightmare…
Or is this not? …. Fucking hell! I don't even know what the hell is going on!
"…. Your power…."
The creature whispered gain, it came from in front of me this time. It was a bit far, but not too far for me to not catch it. It was like she was moving in circle around me, looking and observing for my reaction.
"What power? Listen! I don't know who you are or what you are, but let me tell you this! Don't you dare mess with me, or you will regret it!"
As if mocking me, this time the creature chuckled, however there is something different from how her voice sounded. Her hoarse voice disappeared and when she chuckled just now, her voice was so pleasant to hear.
If I were to compare it with a Japanese voice actor, then her voice would be ranked as number one!
Anyway, the voice was indeed pleasant to hear but it was strange nonetheless. How could the once hoarse and beast like voice turned into something so mind boggling?! Clearly, there is something wrong here.
"Young one, you are out of your mind. That false bravado will not work against me, alas you are still ignorant on how this world works, so I will not mind your rude behavior."
The beautiful and pleasant voice came from in front of me, it was close yet not too close at the same time. She must be standing right in front of me, observing and watching me make a fool out of myself.
"Then tell me what the hell is going on!"
I screamed with a desperate and angry tone. How could I not? The real like dream just not too long ago still haunting me like a nightmare.
Watching your beloved person cold body lay beside you is…
Anyway, I just want an explanation as to what the hell is going on right now. I don't ask for anything else, just tell me what's going on and we are good.
"…. Better to experience it rather than me telling it to you…. Foolish being that never change…"
Hearing her halfhearted answer with her bored and uninterested tone broke all of my patience. I wanted to shout to this unknown entities in front of me, however just before I'm about to open my mouth, I was back in my room.
The darkness that filled everything except my own body is now gone. A bright and colorful world hit me pretty hard as I closed my eyes in surprise.
I will never get used to the sudden change of scenery like this…
While blinking my eyes a few times trying to adjust to my surrounding, I started to gather my scattered thoughts again.
All I saw now is my usual never changing colored ceiling, nothing strange so far….

A cold and indifferent voice came from my left, it sounded really cold and there is no emotion behind it at all. I know this voice, after all I heard it just yesterday…
When I turned my head to look at mother… she wore a very cold and expressionless expression on her face, her eyes looked at me like I was some kind of bug and an annoyance to her…
