Contrary to what it may look these days, he isn't being pressured by his job.
Out of all the career paths, he could chose as an idol. He chose to be a model, because he was genuinely inspired by Iwa Kasumi standing on that stage. Even now the memories of the girls performance, still remained in his mind. A run way performance isn't easy, and yet she handled it so easily. Seeing her that way, so happy and shining so brightly made him think. He also wants to shine like that. To find his own radiance.
His work isn't the cause of his low appetite. While the nature of his work does require to maintain a slim figure, but unlike girls, there's no need to overdo it. The reason why he has not been able to eat is, because of the news regarding Iwa Kasumi getting a boyfriend. He knew, that she would eventually get a boyfriend again. But, he expected it to be Igarashi. It's strange for him to be saying this, but if it was Igarashi. He would have been okay with it.
Does he think that way due to what happened before? Perhaps, that's the case. He really isn't sure. But, one thing is for sure. If Kasumi went back to dating Igarashi Wataru, he wouldn't feel this awful.
His thoughts breaks of when he hears familiar voices in the room at the end of the corridor. Oh, they're both here already. Once he arrived at the end of the corridor, he stops in front of the door he heard the voices. The door was slightly open, and he could make out the figures on the couch. Sure enough, when he opened it. He could clearly see senpai on top of Lila-chan, kissing her heavily.
Although he was aware of their somewhat sexual relationship, this was the first time he was seeing it in person. Upon seeing him Haruka pulls away, with a deep scowl on his face.
"Tsk, what bad timing. Just when I was about to do it."
"Wh--wha- I told you no!"Lila exclaimed, as she moves away from senpai.
"Why are you being so stubborn? It's only sex."Haruka sighs, and shakes his head.
"You may think that way senpai, but, not all people do."

The girl was looking at him in complete disbelief, before she thrusts the files at him and heads to the other room.

Seeing him genuinely puzzled. Mikami can't help but shake his head.
"Senpai, you really don't understand a girl's emotions."
Rather, it's a bit surprising. With senpai being even more of a womanizer than him. You'd think he would understand the feelings of the girls he's messing around with.
"Were at work, she should conduct herself more sensibly."
Says the person who just harassed her? There's no doubt that Lila-chan was doing work before. Mikami gives him some advice, and though it looked like he wasn't paying attention. The girls gaze softens, and she laughs. "Okay. Ah, I'm going to get changed. I'll be out soon."Lila happily resumes walking to the other room. Once the doors were shut and Lila was out of earshot.
