When she finally escaped him, Lila felt her whole body aching all over and yet still dragged herself to practice. Let's face it, a relationship with Karashima Haruka meant sex and a lot of it. At first, Lila failed to understand why he was always touching her. Sure they are dating, but being touched like that every day without warning is a bit off-putting. Not to mention, since she dated Haruka. A lot of problems have arisen.
It didn't help how the participants who have arrived are the ones who didn't like her guts. Of course, they were mainly Aizawa Mei's friends who noticed that the girl liked Haruka.
"There she is, looking as radiant as ever."
Hearing familiar voices her eyes lit up, she looked over and saw her friends.
"Kotori-chan, Maika, Jae-hee!"
"Hey, why am I last?!!"
Lila laughed, "Sorry, sorry!" It's only been a few days, but she has missed everybody. It did not help that while she wanted to hang out with Kasumi and all her old friends, their schedules weren't exactly lining up.
"And since we last saw you, your radiating..." Jae-hee grinned, "So, how much sex have you had these last few days?"
Lila's cheeks burned red.
Kotori took her hands, and with a worried expression, said, "Doing it too much isn't good for your health. Maybe you should see a doctor, drinking too many birth control pills isn't exactly healthy."
"Maika?" Lila noticed that the girl was lingering around at the door.
"Come on now, don't back down. We spoke about it."
Lila realized then that there was somebody there with her and walked over. Spotting a girl with blonde hair hiding behind Maika, she paused in her tracks. Maika moved away, so she and Yumeko stood directly opposite each other.

"Sorry!!!" Yumeko exclaimed, "I'm so sorry. The whole time I was criticizing you about Haruka was because I thought his feelings for Lila-chan were real. Though I noticed you were similar, I really thought my cousin theory was right and if that were the case you being together with him made it worse."
Oh, so that's what it was all about. Lila thought it was because of Yumeko's feelings for Haruka that lead to that attitude. But it turned out that wasn't the case.
Lila smiled, "In the end, it was for my sake, wasn't it?"
"Lila-chan, you know I'm really thankful. You did something I couldn't do; you helped him."
Her eye's go wide at Yumeko's words, but before Lila could reply, she spotted maroon colored hair by the door. He was looking at the scene and nodding.
Haruka didn't seem surprised to see them or even Yumeko apologizing. He must have known they were arriving. He walked over and wrapped his arms around her waist, "Lunch, I'll be late."
"Ah, a meeting?"
"Yeah,"
"Okay, but make sure you do get a break."
Realizing that Haruka was still standing there, she leaned into his hold, "Later," she murmured.
"I'm impatient."
"Yes, I know," she understood that very well. But if she were to go along with him now. Then Lila knew she wouldn't be able to practice.
After a few more words, Haruka left the room. It pained Lila to watch him go. But she can't always miss practice to spend time with him. She's still an idol and a participant in this competition. Lila is genuinely surprised that
Jae-hee whistled, "Well, something's changed?"

"I guess you two are acting more like a couple now?"
"What did we look like b--," Lila paused in mid-sentence and shook her head. She already knew what they looked like to others. Back when they were in London, it didn't bother them too much. Since they were both so busy, and people in London? They didn't know her very well or even Haruka. That's why it was nice there; people didn't know them. They could act how they wanted, "I guess so."
"Still, I have to ask you how you survived these last few days."
"Survive?"
"Here, I mean this is a great training center. But, what is up with the staring?"

Jae-hee shook her head, "Don't be so passive. You have to tell these people clearly...and yeah I've been watching since earlier. But you're the only one who is training properly here," Jae-hee cuts of a girl who looked like she wanted to say something, "Don't tell me you think your training? Dancing for twenty minutes and then taking a long break eating all sorts of calories is not training."
Here it goes, well she supposed they deserve it.
"We have to take you out of here Ari, I mean look what it's done to them. Do you want to be like them? Look how miserable they are," Jae-hee emphasized the word 'miserable.' "
The girl's who had been glaring at her moments ago, we're now looking away, their cheeks flushed in shame.
"Jae-hee, you know instead of verbally abusing them. Just show them."
"Yeah, but it doesn't satisfy me beating them. And no need to put Lila against them, they'll be traumatized for life....Yumeko, you do it."
"Me?!!!"
Lila's eyes lit up, "I haven't seen you perform in a while?" she wants to see how much Yumeko has improved.

Yumeko won, of course, Lila had to admit she was impressed. While there were still a few flaws in the girl's performance, but that's only a matter of skill. The feelings the girl wants to convey is undoubtedly there. It's like she thought before, there really is something about the idol Kanehera Yumeko that is different from all the others
"So, you got better."
"Haruka!" Lila exclaimed surprised. What is he doing here? It isn't lunchtime yet.

Lila laughed, "Um, you couldn't wait?" she asked. Haruka nodded but Lila noticed a troubled expression plastered across his face. She tilted her head confused, but before Lila could make anymore inquires. She noticed that somebody else had entered the room.
"Mommy!" It was none other than her Mother, Terashima Sumire. Everybody who resumed practice all looked over, though nobody said a word. Of course it was only natural that they would want to catch even a glimpse of the reigning Queen of Music. Her Mother's reputation is improving, and seldom anybody spoke about the past anymore. Many girls in this room admired her.
"There there," her Mother reached out to pat her hair but Lila moved away.
"Mommy, you're going to steal Haruka!" she immediately understood why Haruka was making such a troubled face.
Her Mother laughed, "Just for a bit. I'll give him back before you leave training."
But that's in another five hours...
"Let me have lunch with her, Sumire-san."
"Okay."

"Hey, quit crying."
"But, but," Lila protested. She doesn't want to be away from Haruka that long. Maybe it was because she was crying but Haruka eventually took pity on her and told her why he was going along. It turned out he was going to participate in a challenge.
Lila raised her head, which she had buried in his arms earlier, "You mean to be my fiance?"
"Yeah, I heard Austin Kiryu would be there too."
"... I've already accepted you."
"But the hanyou society hasn't. There are rules Ari, your aware better than anyone."
She is. But, Lila clung to his arm, "Even if you lose, you know my heart belongs to you."
"Hey, I'm automatically going to lose?"
"Kiryu has been training with Huan-nii's father and you don't train or even activate your powers."
Haruka sighed, "Not in front of you, but I do use it."
He does? So maybe things won't be that bad. But still, "Be careful?"
"I will, so dearest. Maybe we can do something fun before I have to go," Haruka hands were already on her shirt. He lifted it and she felt his hands run through her exposed stomach, "This is a good place to kiss."
"Haruka, we have to eat lunch."
"And eat we will. But I need the appetizer first."
Appetizer, is he talking about her? She doesn't mind the attention he is giving her, even if it does lead to them doing it again. When Haruka pays attention to you, you don't want him to stop. It's like an addiction, "Is it okay to do it here? Were on the roof," Haruka muttered against her ear.
"Were only flirting.."
That's a lie. This won't end up with them flirting. Truthfully speaking, Lila wanted to warn Haruka more about her Mother's challenges are dangerous, and she more or less confirmed it when Haruka said Kiryu is coming along.
But instead, she leaned into him, "Mm, taking the initiative?"
"Ah-huh," for once let herself get caught up in the flow.

They probably spent more time touching each other than eating lunch, that's fine and all. At least they were together. Haruka gently kissed her temple and squeezed her hands. She decided to see him off at the very least, "Well, time to go."
"Haruka."
"I'll call you," Haruka said.

She doesn't want to let him go, she doesn't know why. But Lila was getting a bad feeling from all of this. It's just her imagination, right?
