As Lila stood in front of the gate waiting for him to pick her up, she thought back to the events of three days ago, and a smile tugged on her lips. It was the first time for her, taking the initiative and Haruka not trying to destroy the moment. It made her feel incredibly happy.
Soon a car slid up in her vision, and a man with maroon colored hair appeared, "Haruka,"
"Finished?" Haruka said.
Lila shyly nodded, she didn't know why she was acting so shy - but just seeing how good Haruka looked in just a T shirt, and jeans made her feel embarrassed.
"Want to go out to eat? Not familiar with the places here though."

"So, you okay with a place like this?" Haruka asked, "I like sushi too, but I could have taken you to a more expensive place," though Haruka was stating this casually, he seemed bothered. Lila understood why he's always liked to make them eat at extravagant places. But she's never cared much for it

Haruka caught her gaze and questioned, "What is it? You want to make out here; we aren't seated in the best place.."

She immediately noticed how he turned silent. Forget the other girls, Lila's always had this complex when it came to Miyazawa Rosalia. After all, she's prettier and more talented than she is.

She kept her head down, "Hello."
Kiryu smiled and greeted her, but that's all as he made his way across the room.
"That's Terashima Lila?"
"Gosh, what a bitch."
"Right? She's flaunting her relationship."
Lila wanted to say this wasn't flaunting because if she wanted to flaunt her relationship with Haruka, there are many ways she could do so.
"Shut up," Kiryu said.
The girl's expression changed, and the guy who was walking with Kiryu shook his head, "Remember, he only let you girls come along because of the committee thing. Better not push your luck."
Lila had to look up then, 'he didn't have to stand up for her,' Lila thought. Though it was a mere coincidence that they met her, she understands why those girls are so bitter. For somebody who spent her whole life raving about Kiryu this, Kiryu that - dating Karashima Haruka makes her look like a backstabbing woman. Haruka noticed her change in attitude and his arms wrapped around her waist, "Do we need to get out of here?"
Lila shook her head, "It's okay; we're only having lunch."
She won't let these people spoil her date with Haruka.

So after a somewhat eventful meal, that consisted of those girls making sly remarks whenever Kiryu had to take a phone call or went to the bathroom. They finally finished their food, and Lila immediately suggested for them to head back to the apartment and relax before they both have to work.

"What would you think if we kissed in a closet?"
Lila blushed, "Um, isn't that weird?"
"Well, kissing in closed spaces means we can get closer," Haruka said with a serious look on his face.

Lila gently ran her hand through his face, "Take a break?"
"Let's lay down on the bed."
She paused but nodded.
Haruka picked her up in his arms and placed her down on the bed.

It's then Lila realizes why Haruka was acting all strange. He knows! About the kiss with Kiryu. While she had nothing to be ashamed about since she wasn't the one who started it, she should still feel guilty. Comparing the two always felt wrong to her, and she isn't about to start now. Not, when Haruka is trying to prove his point by kissing her like he's never kissed her before. Like she isn't exaggerating - if she thought Haruka was a good kisser before, then right now he is excellent? She isn't sure whether that's the best word to describe how her boyfriend is trying to dominate her mouth.

Lila is utterly speechless, what on earth is she supposed to say? What words does she use to describe the last few - no, Lila just got a glance at the clock? Forty-five minutes of her life?

"Um, um, um," Lila repeated, because what else could she say really? Why does Haruka do these things that render her speechless? Okay so, this isn't the first time they've kissed or the first time he's done something intimate with her that left her speechless.
