When Akari and Izumi left her for a bit to go and talk to some people they knew. Lila took a short break and leaned against one of the shop building walls.
"What are you doing here?"
Lila's eyes widened when she saw who it was. Maroon colored hair and those mesmerizing eyes, "Haruka!"
"Thought that was you, I heard you're having problems. But I didn't think you'd come all the way out here."
Soft laughter passed her lips, "I was just thinking, it would be nice if I bumped into you."
"Hn, I see," he cupped her cheeks, "You're sweating all over, do you need my help?"
Lila's eyes widened at his words. She immediately understood what he meant. If Haruka gives the order or asks, then they will do as he says without questioning. In the past, it was the same for her too. But now things have changed. Now when people see her, they take on two stances — first, the cold and distance attitude with a hint of mockery. Second, the hesitant wait and see attitude.
She shook her head, "It's okay, I'll find something."
It isn't impossible. There are more hesitant individuals in this area. If she shows her sincerity, then it should be okay. Well, Izumi said he had a place in mind. If that failed, then she will resort to her other plan.
"You're always trying to remain strong and do things yourself, how stupid."
Ah? Why did he insult her? Lila's cheeks puffed into a pout, and Haruka squeezes them.

Haruka bends down and kisses her, "Don't look at me like that, you'll make me want you."
"Haruka, I have to get back," she stammered. Lila knew she had to get away from him now. She saw it briefly when they kissed, that look in his eyes. Eyes filled with desire and passion for her.
Lila turned to leave quickly, but Haruka grabbed hold of her hand.
"Sit down. Your leg is bleeding."
"O—h," Lila looked down at her legs. Sure enough, she saw blood on her leg. While she felt a sudden pain earlier, Lila didn't pay any attention to it ad continued with the task at hand. Her sweat fell, so she went around like this and nobody said anything?
She must really be hated by everyone now. Lila thought she understood the consequences of leaving the town, but she didn't expect it to be like this. Aren't the consequences far too severe? Sure she left, but it's not like she abandoned music. Maybe because of the timing? Lila had only just become the number one idol, only a month had passed before she left. Lila patiently sat down and waited until Haruka's guard came back with the supplies. Her gaze flickered onto the handsome man beside her, who was smoking. Why hasn't he let go of her other hand yet? While Haruka was smoking using one hand, he held her hand in the other.
Why does she feel so nervous? 'So stupid,' Lila thought.
"Haruka, what kind of business did you have here?" Lila was curious. This was actually a pretty well off area in the city. It wasn't a wealthy area, but the shops here aren't mediocre ones either. It's a beautiful area and differs from the places Haruka normally goes to. So Lila was surprised to see him here.
"Hmmm, I was meeting a girl."
Lila shot him a harsh glare, which caused Haruka to laugh. That's not funny at all! He can't joke about that stuff.
Haruka's lips curve to a smile, "For your upcoming modeling job."
Lila deeply sighed, "Stop saying that as a joke. I get worried you know," even if it was only for a moment. She felt the pain in her heart. Her thoughts broke off when Haruka's arms circles around her waist and drew her close. The moment she was in his arms, her earlier exhaustion seemed like a lie. She wanted Haruka to hold her.
"I don't accept bribes," Lila trailed off, "But, hugging is nice, so I'll let you off this time around."
Haruka hummed in reply. 'He's a moron, and they are both acting like a stupid couple,' Lila thought. But, whenever they are together, she feels warmth and kindness that she does not see in other people.
After a few minutes, Haruka let her go and stood up, "Wait here, I'll get the stuff."
"Okay."
She wanted to hug more, but her leg hurt, so she allowed him to leave.

Haruka bent down and opened the small box and took out some antiseptic and a cotton bud on a stick.
"You need to be more careful, you're a girl remember and a star. Injuries like this can easily scar."

"Of course I'm worried, you're always getting hurt. Well," Haruka trailed off and looked at the wound, "I guess this time around you got hurt for a good reason. This is how dedicated you are with your work, huh?"

Sometimes Lila wondered about this relationship. How far is she willing to take things? She loves Haruka and wants to marry him. Haruka even told her before that he wants children, and lately, he keeps hinting at it a lot. However, Lila wondered if somebody like her deserved to be with Haruka?
Don't get her wrong, she will not listen to Sophia and other people's words. No matter what they say about her not deserving to be with Haruka. Lila knew that those people don't have Haruka's best interests in mind, they only care about themselves.
This issue is more of a personal problem that cropped up because of her insecurity. She loves Haruka but can two people in love really stay together? Her Mother and father's love story was perfect like it was right out of a fairytale. But, even their perfect love story encountered so many problems and led to them separating for so long. Unlike her parents, Lila isn't sure that she would be able to cope with
"So, I have to ask," Haruka suddenly brought up, "Why do you keep hiding your text messages with Austin Kiryu? I know you've been messaging him."
"S—sorry," Lila quickly apologized, "It's not like I wanted to hide it," but when Lila thought of the contents of the messages. She thought it would be better to hide it. The things Kiryu talked about there were confidential information, while he asked about her health and they made some light talk. Most of those messages are what he's been up to with HYOU4.
Quite some time had passed since she last heard about HYOU4. After what happened in April, others seldom see the group around. At least the front tier members, the regular guards still patrol around the city. When Lila thought about the context of the message, it gave her a headache. What's happening to this city?
