Even though that woman is here, the others take great lengths to keep her away from Haruka for her sake. She's able to fall asleep and wake up in his arms. It's so quiet right now. Even the natural sounds of birds chirping, the slight movement of the wind seem to be so gentle and calm. How beautiful, this time of the day where there's nobody around. You can truly get a glimpse of the natural sounds.

"Even before then, something was off...For the longest time, I always heard a voice calling out to me. Calling my name and saying something. But as soon as I try to make sense of the situation, the words of that person vanish into thin air. Only when I am in a state where I am not conscious does that person's voice seem so very clear. A sad and yet lonely voice calling out to me, and yet it was so very familiar.'

It's during this time of day where she can hear that voice the clearest. That person who is calling out to her is most likely him. It was a faint signal, and even then, it was only a small, hardly visible glimmer, and yet she received it.

Although such a possibility was always possible, that time, due to the shock Mother probably didn't realize. Indeed, even the most clever of adults who saw Ren-sans body didn't realize it. That somebody had separated Ren-san's soul from his body before he died. As a kid, she had no proper control of her hanyou powers, so maybe that's why she was able to see it. Something that should have been there and yet wasn't.

By the time Mother realized it. A few years had already gone by, and she had broken down severely several times. In those few years, Mother's heart became numb. That may be why . . It may be because she saw that's why she hid it away. Ren-san was always making Mother happy, and yet he was also the leading cause of her sadness. Even as a child, she understood that. She's always loved Ren-san. There's no doubt about it.

After all, he had always been there. But what she wanted. ..what she wanted were things to fix themselves, for her Mother and Father to be together like it's supposed to be. To have a proper family, not a makeshift one. Is it because she was so starved for love that everything fell apart? Even now, she can't help but think so.

Her thoughts broke off when she spotted blonde hair, leaning against the lamppost. Ahh..

"Kyoko-nee."

"Good afternoon, Lila-chan."

"Kyoko-nee, why are you here?"

"I was taking a jog."

Lila raised her eyebrows, "All the way out here?"

"I knew you'd be out here jogging despite the condition your body is in. They say that recklessness runs in the blood, but since you have a balance of mother and father's blood, Lila-chan, you're probably a new form of recklessness."

She likes it when others comment on her being similar to both. But the way Kyoko-nee is putting it now. "I'm conflicted whether to feel happy about that."

"We couldn't talk last time. Do you have some time now?"

They were still in the hospital grounds. Lila chose to run around the area knowing Haruka would get mad if she went anywhere else.

"I mention it quite a bit don't I? How your style remembers Mothers in the past."

Lila nodded, "Ahuh, and I think so too. It's probably because I became an idol because of her. But things are different now."

"It's different?"

Recalling the words, she said to Ageha-san not too long ago. A bright smile appears on her face. "Un, it's different." She doesn't have to explain it to her sister. These words alone should be enough for her to be able to tell.

"That's like you, Lila-chan."

"I came back here recently with Nanami-chan. After you defeated her last year, she's gotten a lot better."

"Um, question!"

"What is it?"

"Does that mean in your search to expand the idol world, you found your answer in Aria-chan?" Her sister's activities here became more frequent after she returned from traveling the world.

"No, I found my answer a long time ago, and it wasn't in Nanami-chan. Who do you think helped me discover what I was lacking?"

If it wasn't Nanami-fhan. . Lila racks her brains, etto who else? She can't think of anyone Onee-chan was particularly close with when they were little. Then again, they weren't together long when they were kids. But even then, everything about her Onee-chan's past is clear to her. During her stay in the monastery, her sister wrote about life there every single day.

After 15 minutes, Lila surrenders. "Wah, I don't know!"

Soft laughter escapes her sister's lips, "When it's things to do about yourself, you always seem to be so very dense. Even though you're so attentive to the situations, feelings of those around you."??!! When it comes to herself?

"Me? It was because of me?"

"That's right. I was able to complete my resolve and become an idol because of you. Didn't you used to say in those letters how much you love my singing?"

"I remember, even though we were apart you'd always send me tapes of your singing."

"I only planned to send that one. But after the first time, you wrote such lovely words. You told me that my songs make you feel re-energized and happy." Her sister stands up and walks over to the railing, overlooking the river.

"Ever since I can remember, I have always liked to sing and dance. But eventually, my love for music became clouded and distorted. When I was a child, I could see things others. Whenever I meet someone and touched them, I could see their features. At the start I liked it. I couldn't understand why I would see such images, and yet it made me happy to understand people. But then I saw it. The darkness that was after Mother.

The eternity of hell that she could not escape. I didn't see any images of her leaving us when I was a kid but several times in the monastery. In the middle of the dark visions, there would be someone crying. After I came back, I started seeing more things. What made people happy but also their pains and sufferings? Unconsciously I started writing about it in my songs and the songs I wrote for others."

"Kyoko- nee."

"But even then, you still told me with a bright smile that you loved my songs. Those words alone, and the beautiful messages you express through your songs - it was enough for me to find what I was missing. Thank you, Lila-chan."

"Kyoko-nee, hug."

A chuckle escaped her sister's lips as she hugged her. "You're so frail now, Lila-chan, you have to be more careful with your health. I know sex with Haruka-kun is good, but have limits."

Her cheeks reddened at those words, "That's not it! Lately, we haven't done it."

There is no way she can admit that before this, they do it nearly every day.

Kyoko smiles, "It's okay. I know he treasures you."
