Haruka gaze fell on the window, earlier he woke up and found his wife studying. He decided it would he bad to disturb her and came here instead.
Lila appears to have made her mind up ' The wind is refreshing in the attic. It's also a place that allows you to drown on your thoughts'. It's almost as though she knew exactly what he was thinking.
Entrusting huh? Even amidst all this chaos, she really didn't show up. But then again with the current situation it must be difficult.

After the old man left Haruka thought that he would remain alone. That there would be nobody else whom he could speak with. But he met the others and then encountered her. Even though he was supposed to be alone, before long so many people have appeared around him.
This change is because of her. Had he never met her then for sure he wouldn't have been able to get out of his slump. He would never have been able to accept the hands of others. 'Let the girl you love pull you along huh?'
Indeed thinking about it carefully that may have been the case. After meeting her a lot occurred in the spam of just a few days, a few months and yet in the end of all of that.
Haruka realized that he would no longer be able to live a life without her. From the start he had noticed his feelings and for the longest of time he held them back.
He knew right away that the feelings he had for her were love. Even someone like him whom had been discarded by the rest of the world understood that the feelings he had towards her were clearly different than the rest.
A feeling of attraction - the desire to monopolise her and make her his. No, a even stronger feeling of wanting to embrace her and not let her go. Although he realised it right away, he had still been able to act normal with her. Yuhi understood that he had to put boundaries between them after all.
A criminal like him could not be compared to her. From the very start the two of them have belonged to two completely different worlds.
Yet Lila pulled him along with a smile on her face.
She turned him down didn't she? Although it's not like she turned him down because she doesn't love him - it's only due to her desire to help everybody. He understood that but it still left a bitter sort of taste in his mouth.

It really is something she would do and yet he's worried; that if he leaves it any longer then she would do something drastic. Even though he understands it already, that she could have gone back to Ichinose anytime and yet what is it? This feeling inside of him.

Haruka recalled what she said yesterday. When he returned from having a shower, she was on the phone to Kiryu.
He overheard their conversation but didn't intervene. Lila is in a lot of pain too. She acts aloof and naive. But that girl is shouldering a lot on those frail shoulders.
He walked down the stairs and returned to the living room. Lila was sat down at the desk in the corner and reading intently.
"Hey babe." Haruka kissed her forehead. "Need some help?"
"Mmm, I'm okay for now." She wrapped her arms around his neck and brushed their lips together. "Morning kiss."
His lips curve to a smile as he kissed her pretty lips.
"Good morning, rested well?"
"Yes."
"Then maybe we can do some fun things."
Lila tilted her head innocently. "The bed or the sofa?"
Haruka chuckled. "My wife your starting to understand. But I was thinking we could work on your song together."
"Mmmm, let's kiss for a bit."
Studying must be dull for her. Lila doesn't need to study. She isn't a genius like her parents but she is smarter than most. He agreed to her request and carried her over to the couch. His gaze fell on the girl who was looking at him with desire in her eyes.
'How rare.' Haruka thought. He gently kissed her lips. "Can I touch too?" He pointed to her clothes.
"Ah-huh, it's okay."
She shouldn't accept everything so easily. Haruka lifted her shirt up revealing her beautiful breasts. He brought her lips there and started to suck.

But Lila will be eighteen soon, when that happens he can have his way with her again. After not doing that with her for so long, Haruka was very pent up.
"Lila, are you okay?" He paused for a moment.
"Unnhh, I'm fine." She extended her hand out and caressed his cheeks. "Continue."
'Don't do anything more than this.' Haruka had to hold himself back, otherwise something bad would happen. Lila is healthier these days. He doesn't want to do anything to ruin that.
